Tanith Rincewind -

Lt. R. Bryn Baird, a colleague of my client, expressed to him that you are in the market for an apartment in Stormwind City. My client owns a number of buildings on the recently-rebuilt Resurrection Row in the city’s Old Town district, and at the moment there is a garret available that may suit your needs.

At present it is partially furnished with a bed, desk, and built-in bookcases. There is a stove for heat and for cooking, and a modest, partitioned private bathroom. It is clean and freshly-painted, and the building is new, up to all code, and fully plumbed. The ground floor is occupied by a coffee shop (Storm Brewing Co.); the remaining floors are all residential.

The quality of your references is such that my client is content to waive the security deposit requirement, and will make the garret available to you on a month-to-month basis with a longer-term lease option negotiable after the third month.
