If this reaches you, the courier has earned every coin I gave him. Except the one in the envelope. That one’s yours. Yours and the Blade’s, I guess. I promised I’d steal you one, when we teamed up at Gundrak, so here it is. Zandalari gold, older than Stormwind, unmistakable now that I can see the pattern clearly. You had it right on the first guess.

Harsk did his own digging – you know, he’s not a thief, after all. I honestly think he’s a little precious about the distinction between salvage and thievery, but whatever. Anyway, he came up with the same answer, and the Greymark Crew is done working for Thornton. Harsk says we have to tell him to his face, because honor or some shit. So we’re headed for Booty Bay, and we won’t be there to fight with you — or fight you — next time. Might be a while before I’m back that far north. Might be longer if it goes badly.

In case you’re still putting the pieces together, the masks at the Violet Citadel weren’t ours. Different interested party entirely, but vying for a seat at the same table. I don’t know any more than that.

I do already know that your next mission is back at Utgarde, up around the pinnacle. Where we started all this, right? And no, we did not leave a trail of frightened pee when we left. Be careful — Greymark is out, but that doesn’t mean the forces behind Thornton are giving up. Watch your back up there. I want you all to survive, because we owe you a rematch.
