Dear Bertrand and Priscilla,
How are y’all doing?
I know things have been pretty crazy lately.
I was able to hear the battle at Northwatch from Ratchet. It was kinda scary, I’m not gonna lie.
And I don’t think anyone saw Theramore coming either.
I just want you to know that Crim didn’t have nothing to do with any of that. He’s been standing firm with the Earthen Ring and he hasn’t been fighting the Alliance since they got put on the defensive in the Barrens.
He probably doesn’t want me telling you that. Sensitive information and all. But I just can’t let everyone go around thinking he’s part of all this.
I heard that you had your baby not too long ago. I hope she’s doing well. It seemed a bit early so I hope nothing’s going wrong.
But you got all sorts of fancy doctors and stuff I’m sure, so I’m probably worried over nothing.
Either way I’m thinking about y’all.
I really want to go and visit so I can see her and catch up, but I just had my baby not long ago too.
His name is Azosh. Crim said it means “Azeroth’s Heart” or something. I guess that sort of name is pretty common for orcs. He was prattling on about a bunch of other orcs with “osh” names and getting carried away telling a bunch of stories about em.
If it’d been a girl I was gonna name him after my grandmother, but either way it’s my turn when it gets to naming the next one, so it’ll be either that or naming em after my pa if it’s a boy.
It means a lot to Crim, though, so maybe that’s what matters.
He’s been spending a lot of time at home with the baby, which I kinda didn’t expect. Not that he doesn’t care or nothing, just he likes to keep himself busy and go off on adventures all the time usually.
I think being a dad is changing him a bit. He almost cried when the little guy was born. He’s got this crazy thick auburn hair like me, but his eyes are yellow like a wolf. Apparently that’s what color Crim’s eyes were back in the day before all the nonsense with the Warsong Clan messing around in Ashenvale. I think that’s the bit that really got him.
He’s still the same old Crim, but I think this is all giving him some more perspective or something.
He’s never really had a chance to settle down so this is probably pretty weird for him.
I guess it’s just hard to relate sometimes because I’m just gettin all antsy wishing I could go visit the farm.
I guess I can’t complain too much, though. Sure I miss it, but I got my boys with me and that’s what counts.
Baby Azosh is perfectly happy and healthy, though, and fucking fel is he big. Just about ripped Crim’s head off when he held the baby and said how small he was.
They probably heard me screaming my head off all the way in Stonetalon. Actually got some bruisers knocking on the door a couple times talkin bout a noise complaint.
Made it through after the better part of a day, though. And it’s a good thing too since I was runnin out of cuss words to get me through it all.
I love this little guy to pieces though. The moment I got to hold him it’s like all the pain went away. He’s just the sweetest little thing.
I must be crazy because I’m already excited to have another one. Gonna wait a bit until things settle down, but yeah. Garrosh gettin all outta hand is already makin the one a handful to deal with as it is.
You can feel free to get rid of him whenever you want. I’m sure Crim and his buddies will be happy for it.
Jasper loves baby Azosh too. He’s too big to let in the house now, but he’ll just yell and howl for hours if we don’t let him inside at night so he can sleep next to the crib.
Fucking goofball dog. It’s kinda sweet though. He used to rest his snout on my belly all the time, and now he’s still lookin out for the little guy.
Drel’s a bit more wary of Azosh, but he’s also startin to get kinda old. Probably has to use most of his patience dealing with Jasper’s puppy energy.
Fortunately the little guy has been really good so far, and boy howdy does he have an appetite. Just like his daddy in that way too.
Mighty glad about that. I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t know how to look after a baby.
I mean I asked plenty of questions and all that, and you should have seen all the books Crim got his hands on, holy shit. You’d think he was getting ready for a second Cataclysm.
I guess I should just be grateful that he’s also making sure to be on top of things. He’s been real good to me. Even with all the craziness going on I think this might be the happiest I’ve ever been. Stressful, but happy.
Since things seem to be going so smoothly I was gonna try and sneak him with me to go see you guys, but Crim told me I shouldn’t because it’s too risky with tensions so crazy and all.
He’s probably right, but it still stings a bit. I was really hoping to see your little girl.
But anyway, that’s enough mouthin off about whatever’s on my mind.
I hope this all is making sense to y’all. I sorta just picked up a pen and had at it.
This is what I was tryin to get to, though. I made you something to help y’all out with your baby.
I wanted to make you a present but I wasn’t quite sure what to do. I figure you probably already got everything you need so I wasn’t having any ideas.
It wasn’t until I had Azosh that it sorta hit me. I made myself a bag to help carry around everything he needs if I gotta take him with me into town or anything or if Crim needs to look after him for a bit.
So I whipped up another one for you guys! That’s what’s in the package if you haven’t opened it yet.
Even if you’re already stocked up I figure it doesn’t hurt to have an easier way to lug things around. So I hope you guys like it.
Well, that’s about all I can think of for now.
I’m trying my best to stay safe out here. At least with Crim I know I got some extra muscle in my corner.
I hope you are able to do the same.
I’ll be looking forward to when we can see eachother again.
