We’re coming down to it now. The dragon’s lieutenants are dead, the Aspects have their Iris, and any minute we’re going to get the call to stand by this ritual of theirs. Which I’m pretty sure means we’re going to fight the dragon. It’s frankly about time. I’m well sick of the bastard circling round overhead like he owns the place.

It’s all going to come out fine but a sure bet is a sucker’s bet so just in case:

There’s a box under my bed at home that has two keys and some letters in it. One of the keys is to a deposit box in the Bank of Stormwind, Trade District branch. The other is to a deposit box with the Bank of Boralus. I have accounts with both. Annai Curran has the account numbers and passcodes. Give her the key to the Boralus box. What’s in that one and in my account over there goes to my nieces and nephews. Fallon knows how the Stormwind account is to be divided and he’ll manage it. What’s in the Stormwind deposit box is yours.

The letters are to my parents and my little sister. I don’t know when the mails to Kul Tiras will open again but when they do I would appreciate if you could send them for me. Better yet, if Kul Tiras will have us again, get Fallon to take you to Bridgeport and deliver them in person. I did promise to take you home some time but if I can’t make it I hope you’ll be willing to go anyway.

Merryn Stratharn is my little sister. She and her husband Cadan own the Broken Bell pub. My parents are Jago and Kerensa. (There aren’t letters for my brothers but they’re Madoc and Lown. Nothing against them, they’re good men. They’re just not the ones you write letters home to.) There were fourteen nephews and nieces last I knew. The oldest will be 18 now and the youngest 6. Three of them I haven’t met because they were born after Theramore. (That’s Keani and Issey, Lown’s youngest daughters, and Jory, Madoc’s youngest boy.) I’ll give you the whole list on the back of the page.

If it’s a while before Kul Tiras welcomes us back then I imagine you’ll have moved on but I think the Shines would still be glad to know you a little. If you would rather not do it yourself though Fallon knows my family and he can take care of it. Tell him not to give anyone a fucking horse. No one in my family rides and they don’t need to spend their inheritance from me on sentimental horsekeeping.

I told Oslynn Gravehowl that I’d teach her table manners and settings. If I can’t and she still needs to know it I’d be obliged if you could ask Moirin to do it in my place. Also you or Fallon or the both of you should talk to Miss Fey about a thing called the God of the Deeps. It’s what they were calling “Squiggles” out in Vashj’ir. She knows a hell of a lot about it all. Ask her about the whispers. It stuck out at me.

We’ve got Cobalt and the 7th Legion and the Dragon Aspects and who all knows who the hell the rest of these people are but there are a lot of them so everything’s going to go fine and the next letter you get from me will be all about how we killed Deathwing. When that happens you can skip to that one and pretend you never got this one. But for now I’m sending you this one just in case.

I love you.
