Addelaine Kirby Gabriella Thorne Merelda Veyne Thaniel Clay Yseulde

A team of worgen is assembling at the gates of Ironforge. Gabriella and her dog, Yseulde and her dog, and Addelaine are already there when Thaniel and Merelda approach.

Thaniel approaches - on two legs, but in worgen form.

Addelaine lifts her chin a little. "That's correct. I'm a mage, as well. I'll not be dead weight ye've to carry about."

Merelda nods to Gabriella, Thaniel and Yseulde, and looks curiously at Addelaine.

Gabriella gives a curt nod. "Good. I don't need any pampered pups looking to make a name for themselves. Keep that level head on your shoulders and you'll do fine."

Addelaine nods in return and tries not to look too relieved. "Thank you, Miss. I'll do my best, ye'll see."

[Merelda]: Back into Silverpine today, is it?

Thaniel crouches down near Cheddar and sniffs. Hello, friend who is a dog.
Thaniel has completely failed at introductions already.

[Gabriella]: Lady Merelda is correct. There have been disturbing reports coming out of Silverpine that Lord Godfrey may still be alive. Though, perhaps 'alive' isn't the right word for it.

Thaniel's ears perk up.

[Merelda]: What do you mean? *Merelda asks warily, though she probably does know what that means.*

[Thaniel]: Lord Godfrey… he was bad.

Addelaine listens intently, eyes shifting from one speaker to the next.

[Gabriella]: What I mean is that the GLF never recovered his body. But a team of Forsaken was seen active in the vicinity of his death.

[Yseulde]: If the Forsaken found him, it doesn't matter if he's dead.

Gabriella nods to Yseulde. "Correct."

[Merelda]: It's likely they 'recruited' him. So he's a traitor, now?

[Gabriella]: A force of undead has taken over Shadowfang Keep. Rumors suggest Godfrey may be there. We're going to ascertain the validity of those rumors.

Merelda nods.

Thaniel looks up at Addelaine as if actually seeing her for the first time. "Oh, hello. Are you Gabriella's friend? I'm Thaniel Clay."

Addelaine smiles at Thaniel. "Addelaine Kirby. We've only just met. Rumors at the Howling Oak led me here, to her. To all of you, I suppose."

Thaniel smiles back, all friendliness and incidental sharp teeth.

[Merelda]: Silverpine is a long way's ride from here.

[Gabriella]: If anyone is having second thoughts about riding back into Forsaken territory, go about your business. If you're still with us, let's get moving. As Lady Merelda says, it's a long ride.

Thaniel stands and stretches. Big stretch. Biiiiig stretch.

Merelda fetches her horse.

Thaniel drops down to all fours. No horse, apparently. Maybe he'll be racing the horses.

[Yseulde]: There's hunting to be done.

Addelaine's horse is nearby, tied up and waiting.

Gabriella grits her teeth and transforms, bones cracking and muscles stretching, into a lean, gray-furred worgen.

[Gabriella]: Let's go.

Merelda remains in human form, on her horse.

[Thaniel]: Oh, this is Yseulde and this is Merelda.

[Yseulde]: Hi! And this is Otis. He's a good boy.

[Merelda]: Addelaine, may I inquire as to your pack?

[Addelaine]: I… I don't have one. That's part of the reason I came, if I'm to be honest. It doesn't feel right, not being part of a pack. I thought if I proved I could be useful…
Addelaine trails off and leaves it there. She turns on her horse to smile at Yseulde.

Thaniel makes a sympathetic sort of whining noise at the news that Addelaine doesn't have a pack.

[Merelda]: I see. Well, our pack leader is not present, but depending on how today goes, perhaps Gabriella can speak with Lord Graves.

[Gabriella]: Show your worth and I'll have a word with Lord Graves.

Yseulde runs in worgen form in bounding leaps. Fast as a horse, and still able to chat. "It's hard to be alone."

[Thaniel]: Yes.

[Merelda]: It is. I completely understand your desire to seek one out.

Addelaine says softly, "Yes, it is." Louder, to Gabriella's back, she says, "I'll do my best."

[Yseulde]: My brother, his name's Anselyn. He was bitten early. When he knew, he ran off. We didn't find him for a long time.

[Merelda]: It was a difficult time.

[Yseulde]: He was alone all that time, hiding. He had to do it, but he's not the same.

[Addelaine]: I'm glad ye found him eventually.

Thaniel says absently, "Anselyn's nice. You'd like him." This is because as far as Thaniel's concerned, everybody would like Anselyn.

[Yseulde]: Well none of us are the same. I mean…

[Merelda]: I try to think of it as what I've gained, rather than what I've lost. I likely would never have studied druidism, if not for the curse.

[Gabriella]: It is what it is. There's no use any of us lamenting the past. It is our future we must now shape.

The team passes from Loch Modan into the Wetlands.

Thaniel looks around them as they pass new and interesting places he has never been. Plants. Plants… that he cannot pick because they have an agenda. He's being good.

Merelda keeps pace just behind Gabriella, but she also scans the countryside as they pass.

Gabriella steers as clear away from the steep cliffs as she can.

Merelda frowns at the drowned trees in the lake. "This looks like recent damage."

[Addelaine]: The dragon, I'd imagine.

[Gabriella]: The Stonewrought Dam broke in the cataclysm and flooded the Wetlands here.

[Thaniel]: Were they wet before?

[Gabriella]: As I understand it, yes.

Thaniel whispers, "Wetterlands."

Yseulde speaks up belatedly. "It's not bad. I wouldn't have picked it, but I'm strong. I'm fast. I know the world in a way I never could."

We pass by a Kaldorei camp.

[Gabriella]: The Kaldorei have an outpost here.

[Thaniel]: I like being fast. I wasn't fast before.

Merelda nods at Yseulde and Thaniel. "That's a good way to look it."

Thaniel smiles at Rethiel the Greenwarden and the wisps hanging about.

Merelda does not seem surprised that the kaldorei have a presence here. Why wouldn't they? They're everywhere.

Gabriella nods. "It has taken me some time to be comfortable in this form, but I can't deny the advantages of it. Being able to operate without aching old bones is a clear choice."

[Addelaine]: I don't know that'd I'd have survived everything I did without the curse.

[Merelda]: Oh, I would very likely have died. It is not a certainty, though. My parents survived, uncursed.

[Yseulde]: Right! and we're not—we think, and feel, and protect each other. I still write. I'm still myself!

[Merelda]: I still design buildings. *Merelda smiles*

Addelaine smiles uncertainly at Merelda, not quite sure if that's a metaphor for something.

[Gabriella]: Have you found new architectural work, Lady Merelda?

Addelaine nods a little. Not a metaphor, then.

[Merelda]: Oh, yes. I suppose the dragon has made that part relatively easy. There are many people who need to rebuild or renovate.

[Yseulde]: What's it like, building…buildings?

[Merelda]: My biggest project so far has been a townhouse on behalf of the Fallons - local nobility. It's… well, it's rather complicated. A lot of drawing, but perhaps not the sort most people would prefer to look upon.

[Thaniel]: Callyna draws.
Thaniel says out of nowhere.

[Gabriella]: Lady Kenelly tells me you're also working with HOWL. Is that correct?

[Merelda]: Callyna? She was… on the boat to Darnassus, I recall. And yes, I plan to help with job placement for sapient worgen.

Thaniel says, "Howl?" like he has been living under a rock. Or, more realistically, gardening with the kaldorei by a lake.

We approach the wall into Southshore. It is guarded by Forsaken.

[Gabriella]: Forsaken guards ahead.

We travel north, rather than risking the Forsaken.

[Gabriella]: Here it is. I was advised of a breach in the wall.

Merelda nods. Then she answers Thaniel. "Don't ask me what it stands for, but yes. It's Lady Kenelly's outreach initiative."

[Yseulde]: What's it do?

[Merelda]: There's several branches. Job outreach, hunting feral worgen, and generally supporting people through adjusting to the change.

[Addelaine]: That sounds like important work, all of it.

[Gabriella]: Lady Kenelly has asked for my help as well. I'm to recruit sapient worgen to track and hunt down ferals.

[Merelda]: Oh, you'll be excellent for that, Gabriella.

Merelda nods. "Perhaps there should be some kind of… pack matching? For those who have lost or never had a pack."

[Gabriella]: I believe that is part of her plan, Lady Merelda.

[Merelda]: In any case, it's still in the early days, but I do think it will be incredibly helpful for our people.

Yseulde glances at Thaniel. "Do you think Anselyn would—do you think it would help him?"

Thaniel nods to Yseulde. "Mmhm. I think so."

Merelda frowns as they skirt the Forsaken encampment at the entrance to Silverpine.

[Gabriella]: It seems the Forsaken have fortified the forest.
Gabriella slows as she gazes south toward the Greymane Wall.

Thaniel whines.

Merelda sighs. "Yes. I had heard the central conflict resolved with a surrender on our side. I'm glad the GLF is still active, at least."

[Gabriella]: I suspect Lord Crowley will die before he surrenders.

[Merelda]: What I’ve heard is that he did surrender, and remains alive.

Thaniel straightens up to a walk as they cross the drawbridge.

The team enters Shadowfang Keep. Inside, Packleader Ivar Bloodfang waits with his worgen packmates. Visible through a grate are what appear to be Forsaken soldiers.

[Gabriella]: S.I. Gabriella Thorne and company. We're here to respond to the GLF's call for aid.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang looks over the team and nods.
Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Crowley is a disgrace to our kind for giving in to the Forsaken. My pack will show them the true face of the worgen and the relentless fury that comes with our presence!

Merelda nods quietly at the confirmation of the surrender.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: I could smell Godfrey and his companions a mile away from here. They did an exceedingly poor job covering their tracks in flight. It will be the mistake that puts the final nail in their coffins.

Thaniel peeks through the bars and whispers, "Undead."

[Merelda]: So it's just a matter of fighting our way in.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: One of them is very close, and though the scent has changed slightly in undeath, I'm fairly certain it's Ashbury's. Go inside and tear him to pieces, we'll ensure the Forsaken do not intervene with our task.

Merelda raises her eyebrows. "Ashbury as well. We killed him."

[Addelaine]: Well, we get to do it again, I suppose.

[Gabriella]: Let's go and see about this.
[Gabriella]: Be on your guard. If these Forsaken did such a poor job covering their tracks, I must suspect it may have been deliberate.

Addelaine shivers, then shakes all over. When she's done, she's in her worgen form.

[Thaniel]: Oh… it's a mess.
Thaniel steps carefully past a broken table.

[Merelda]: I think.. I may have to take on a more martial form. Please tell me if it alarms you - I have only done this in controlled circumstances.

[Thaniel]: I won't be alarmed unless you bite me.

Merelda shakes her wrists out, like maybe that will help with the change.

[Gabriella]: Do what you must, Lady Merelda.

Then she transforms into a bear. It looks somehow less painful than the worgen transformation.

Addelaine blinks. Neat.

Gabriella lifts her brow. "I see. Very good."

We are attacked by mindless undead.

[Thaniel]: Undead…

[Yseulde]: Undead.

Merelda says in a low, rumbly voice. "Do I look alright?"

Thaniel carefully plucks a leaf from his staff, cups it in his palms, and whispers to it. It grows into a small plant creature that hovers near him.

[Gabriella]: You look like a bear.

[Addelaine]: You're beautiful.

[Thaniel]: You look big.

[Yseulde]: Proper fierce!

Merelda looks over at them. A bear. Big. Fierce. Beautiful. She takes a surprisingly nervous breath, for a bear, and turns to face the undead.

Thaniel keeps everyone healed. He does not attack anything.

We fight our way through to the dungeon. A familiar undead man, Baron Ashbury, is there, addressing a group of Forsaken soldiers locked in a cell.

Baron Ashbury says: I'm trying to convince Godfrey to just kill all of you to end your misery, but he keeps telling me no. More pain and suffering for the lot of you, then!

Forsaken Trooper says: Bastard.

The dog stares blankly at the wall…

[Merelda]: Shooting him was too simple, *Merelda says, rising into worgen form, a fierceness in her eyes*

Gabriella sniffs. "Ashbury…."

[Merelda]: Even so, I can't believe he'd turn on his own people like this.

[Addelaine]: We're not his people any more.

[Yseulde]: Hate makes you stupid.

Merelda turns back into a bear and prepares to charge.

We fight Baron Ashbury. It is less simple than a shot from the dark this time, but we do ultimately kill him. Packleader Ivar Bloodfang and his worgen file into the dungeon.

Thaniel's little tree creature floats above Merelda.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Pathetic.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Keep moving forward. My men will dispose of this sorry bag of bones.

Bloodfang Berserker says: Bones?

The Bloodfang Berserkers begin to salivate heavily.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Control yourselves! We're here for Godfrey's head above all else. Relish in the spoils of war later!

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: The scent of freshly spilled traitor blood fills my nostrils, and it is absolutely invigorating. However, my bloodlust will not be sated until Godfrey lies on the floor as a lifeless heap.

Merelda looks at the Forsaken in the cage. "Wait… he was discussing executing Forsaken?"

Gabriella frowns. "Why does he have Forsaken captive?"

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: It seems he's even more treacherous than we believed. Godfrey has betrayed his new comrades as well.
Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: He doesn't even have Forsaken on his side, only mindless undead. Well, we'll gnaw on their bones for years to come after our work is done!

Thaniel drinks a mana potion. He carefully puts the empty vial away.
[Thaniel]: What do we do with the prisoners?

Gabriella rubs her chin, "Curious."
[Gabriella]: Leave them to the Bloodfangs.

[Thaniel]: Okay.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: We'll handle it.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: We have to push forward if we're to put an end to Godfrey. Follow me, I'll open the courtyard so that you can spearhead our assault.

A Rabid Mastiff growls…

[Thaniel]: Is everyone alright?
Thaniel rubs his neck.

[Addelaine]: I almost wasn't. That was excellently done.

[Yseulde]: I got real woozy for a bit there.

Thaniel looks everyone over and sighs.

A worgen slips out of stealth, coming from inside the keep, and speaks quietly to Ivar.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Ah, We've hit an unexpected snag in our assault on the keep.

Gabriella frowns. "What is it?"

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: It seems the servants that tended to Baron Silverlaine and Commander Springvale in life do so now in death as well, and Godfrey has placed them directly between us and him.

[Merelda]: Undead?

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: No, ghosts.

Thaniel points at Mindless Horror.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Not to worry, we won't let them be anything more than a minor inconvenience.
Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: If you eliminate Silverlaine and Springvale both, not only will their guards no longer have masters to direct them, it will place us that much closer to our final goal.

[Thaniel]: These people used to live here?

Gabriella nods. "We'll deal with it."

[Thaniel]: And now they're haunting it?

Gabriella peers out over the courtyard full of undead horrors, and sighs.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Thank you, SI Thorne. I'll leave it to you and your team. And yes - that's about the shape of it. Ghosts are persistent. Even if you disperse them, they're likely to return.

Merelda grits her teeth and turns back into a fierce bear.

The floating little tree creature lands with its front… feet? Paws? On Thaniel's shoulder.
[Thaniel]: Shhh, shh…
Thaniel tries to soothe a ghost.

[Gabriella]: Your compassion is admirable, Thaniel. But we haven't the time to resolve what troubles these ghosts.

Merelda rumbles, "As many as you can soothe, we can pass them by."
[Merelda]: But as she says, we dare not tarry.

They pass into the kitchen. It has probably not been used as a proper kitchen for a while. Blood and raw meat are scattered about.

[Thaniel]: Oh… the kitchen.

Merelda rumbles, "This kitchen is a disaster."

Thaniel looks at the ghostly cooks sadly.

Merelda loses her bear form for a moment, and turns to Thaniel. "Maybe once we've cleared out Godfrey, you can return to bring some of them peace? Bloodfang did say they were only dispersed temporarily."
Merelda then squints her eyes and returns to bear-ing.

[Thaniel]: That might be dangerous. But I can try.

We fight our way through the kitchen, and then into the dining room. A ghostly nobleman stands at the head of the table.

[Merelda]: That finely dressed man. He must be one of the ghost leaders.

[Thaniel]: This must have been his house.

[Merelda]: Yes… it must be Baron Silverlaine.

We attack the ghost. While fighting, he summons up the spirits of two worgen. We eventually disperse him, and the worgen vanish.

[Merelda]: Did he just call worgen ghosts?

Thaniel nods.

[Merelda]: Perhaps he was still here during the Archmage Arugal days.
[Merelda]: I admit I still know so little of what happened in this region after they closed the wall.

The Bloodfang troop into the dining room and start snacking on the spoiled carnage scattered on the table.

Thaniel whispers to one of the Bloodfang, "I don't know if eating those bones will make you sick… please see a priest if you start feeling nauseated."

We exit into the hallway.

Bloodfang Berserker says: Commander Springvale is down that hall, heroes.

[Gabriella]: That must be Springvale.

[Merelda]: Then once we disperse him, we'll be able to continue to Godfrey.

Merelda watches the Bloodfangs move into the cleared room. They could have always helped, you know.

Thaniel picks up an oddly tangible holy symbol.

[Thaniel]: I'll bury all the keepsakes I can find.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: I've picked up Walden's foul scent. Fill the air with his blood!

[Merelda]: Walden, too? *Merelda sighs.*

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: We're nearly there. The time is now to charge further ahead and take out Walden!

We move ahead, and then a Bloodfang Scout slips out of the shadows to quietly report to the Packleader again.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: It appears that Lord Walden has finally taken notice to our presence and has heightened his defenses. It's worthless really… nothing will deter your team and our pack.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: The path ahead to him is rife with powerful Scourge minions, but I trust that you will be able to clear the path for the rest of us to follow in. Once we kill Walden, it should be a straight shot to his cowardly leader.

[Gabriella]: Keep your Bloodfangs close.

[Merelda]: I feel as though I am following my own footsteps here.

[Gabriella]: What do you mean?

[Thaniel]: Were you here before?
Thaniel looks down at the claw marks on the floorboards.

[Merelda]: No, simply that we were tasked as Gravehowl Pack with taking out Ashbury and Walden, before everything fell apart. And then Godfrey perished. And now we are here to see the same things happen again.

[Thaniel]: Oh. I remember. When you all went on ahead.

Gabriella nods solemnly.

Merelda nods. "And there are other differences. This time, we have Addelaine with us as well."

We are suddenly ambushed by gargoyles!

Thaniel gasps. Gargoyles!

We fight them off.

[Merelda]: I was not expecting that.

[Addelaine]: Nor I.

[Merelda]: I see more gargoyles ahead…

This time, we know what will happen. We fight off another pair of gargoyles.

Thaniel says proudly, "I was expecting that."

Merelda chuckles.

Gabriella goes 'hm'. A chuckle? Hard to tell.

We make it to a round room with alchemy equipment, where an undead man paces.

Merelda hmphs. "That's him. I recognize him, even undead."

Thaniel growls low in his throat as he sees Lord Walden's alchemy lab.

[Gabriella]: Put him down before he can bring his alchemy against us.

We put him down before he brings his alchemy against us.

Thaniel turns a burner off in the lab.

The Packleader appears, and the Bloodfang Berserkers rush by us.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: You'd best hurry if you want any of the spoils.

[Gabriella]: We aren't here for glory, Bloodfang.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang grins, revealing his razor-sharp teeth.
Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: You may not be, but nonetheless - it won't be long now before the entire keep is ours, thanks to your valiant efforts.
Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Ah, the sweet scent of victory! My men should be tearing Godfrey to pieces even as we speak. You should hurry after them, if you want to see his demise for yourself.

Merelda murmurs, "So now they help."

[Gabriella]: Let's confirm this kill and be on our way.

Merelda nods at Gabriella.

As we move ahead, we encounter resistance.

[Gabriella]: Active undead. This is not a good sign.

Merelda gives a low growl.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: I don't know why the door is closed, heroes. My pack should have already taken care of Godfrey by now…
Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: We will stand idle no longer! The time to act is now!
Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: I'll make sure nothing interferes. Go now heroes! Kill Godfrey!

[Gabriella]: Careful…we're walking into the same trap the Bloodfangs did.

When we come into the room, we see it strewn with Bloodfang bodies.

Merelda rumbles, "Oh no…"

Thaniel hangs back a little warily.

Merelda nudges a fallen Bloodfang with her muzzle.

Gabriella sniffs, then frowns at the worgen bodies. "Dead."

Merelda rumbles, "Godfrey killed them all."

[Thaniel]: Oh… I'll try to call them back when it's safe.

Thaniel looks warily at Lord Godfrey.

[Gabriella]: They were overconfident. Let's not make the same mistake.
[Gabriella]: Take cover. We'll force him down here to engage.

Thaniel nods and takes cover.

Merelda nods nervously. "I see, an ambush. I'll become a bear and lure him down."

Gabriella nods to Merelda.

Merelda creeps up the stairs.

Merelda gets his attention and then flees back to her pack as a bear. Godfrey, not use to pack hunting techniques, follows and falls into our trap. He is a deadly foe, but he is outmatched in five-to-one.

Thaniel kneels before Bloodfang Berserker.

Addelaine looks around with wide eyes.

The moment Godfrey falls, Thaniel crouches down and begins whispering to the Light to try and resurrect a member of the Bloodfang pack.

Merelda turns back into worgen form, moving as if she's sore. Then she grits her teeth with a force of will and melts back down into human form.

Thaniel moves on to the next, and the next, as the resurrections fail.

[Gabriella]: Lady Addelaine, can you destroy the body? We must ensure he cannot be raised again.

[Addelaine]: Yes. Yes of course.
Addelaine summons a burst of fire, hot and white, to char the corpse to nothing.

Gabriella nods in approval at Addelaine.

[Merelda]: None of them, Thaniel?

Thaniel shakes his head, ears drooping.
[Thaniel]: None of them. It doesn't usually work, though. Most people stay dead…

[Gabriella]: You're a good lad to try, Thaniel.

[Merelda]: It's worth trying, even so.

[Gabriella]: You all performed exceptionally. Lady Addelaine, I'll be having a word with Lord Graves about you.

Addelaine bares her teeth. It's a grin, I promise.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang looks down from the walkway above.

Thaniel trudges back up the stairs to report to Ivan.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: We did it! At terrible cost… but victory is ours.

[Gabriella]: Godfrey won't be coming back. My condolences for your packmates.

[Thaniel]: I'm sorry about your pack.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Thank you. We will mourn them, as you would your own packmates.

Ivar looks around at the room, at his fallen packmates.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: This keep could serve well as a home for me and my pack, though we tend to prefer more natural habitats.
Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: It may be best to leave it as a reminder of Godfrey's betrayal and of the Bloodfang warriors that died here in battle.

[Gabriella]: Just so long as we prevent other dark forces from inhabiting it again.

Packleader Ivar Bloodfang says: Yes, we must keep watch on this place, and prevent that from happening again.

[Gabriella]: Then we'll leave that task in your pack's hands.

Addelaine nods.

[Thaniel]: Okay.

Gabriella looks to her team.
[Gabriella]: I'll soon be putting out the call for aid, hunting ferals in Duskwood. I'd gladly accept help from any of you, whether you choose to officially join my team or not.

Thaniel catches his little tree creature and winds it around his staff like a vine. It merges with the staff again.
[Thaniel]: Hunting… to trap them?

[Gabriella]: If we can identify worgen that are still clinging to their minds, we will attempt to trap them for rehabilitation. Otherwise…we put them down.

Thaniel nods. "Okay… it can be hard to tell."

[Addelaine]: Better we do it than non-Gilneans. We're more apt to give them the chance to prove they're still inside the beast form.

[Merelda]: I suppose one must do one's best. I will help, Gabriella, if you need hands.
Merelda licks her teeth. Her human teeth. It has been a weird shape-changey day.

[Gabriella]: And, being worgen, we can afford to give them that chance without risking becoming afflicted.

Addelaine nods.

Merelda nods.

[Thaniel]: Mmhm.

[Addelaine]: I'll be glad to help in any way I can.

[Gabriella]: I will be in touch. For now, let's return to safer lands. You all performed admirably today.

Merelda smiles at Gabriella. "Until next time, then."

Addelaine pulls out her hearthstone and activates the rune.

Gabriella nods. It's a Gabby Smile.

[Yseulde]: I have to stay close to Darnassus, but I'll check by.

[Addelaine]: I'll be at the Howling Oak.
