Vice-Admiral Fallon,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Eulysses Anthony Reeve. I happened upon an acquaintance of yours by the name of Costentyn Shine who informed me of your need for sailors. As it happens I am a sailor myself, so he recommended I attempt to contact you. I am as of now without a ship or crew to serve with, and I understand that you may be able to assist me in rectifying that detail.

Before I continue I would like to inform you that I am quite afflicted with the worgen curse. This condition engenders no inhibition on my ability to carry out my duties, but I find it prudent to inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. I have no intention of wasting your time any further should this detail prove objectionable to you, nor do I have any intention or interest in concealing it. Should my condition preclude admission into a position on a ship, then please read no further and I wish you and yours well as I continue pursuing other avenues of employment. If not, then I thank you for your understanding, and I shall continue by elaborating on my personal and professional history for your review.

As you may have already assumed, I am Gilnean. My family are the owners of a well respected maritime company that specialized in facilitating trade between Kul Tiras and the other human kingdoms on the continent, and we have ever been proud supporters of the Alliance. When King Genn Greymane was hesitant to send aid to Lordaeron during the Second War, my family sent ships loaded with food and supplies. This is a mark of pride for me and a noble act I hope to emulate through my own actions moving forward. I was brought up from a young age being tutored in the arts and sciences as well as in seafaring and navigation. These skills were put to the test when I enlisted into the Gilnean Royal Navy as a marine. During my tenure I attained the rank of captain until such time that I defected to join Lord Darius Crowley’s rebellion against King Greymane where I maintained a similar position in the rebel navy. I wear the title of rebel proudly as it stands as a testament to my commitment to the Alliance which I intend to continue in earnest now that my country has been officially readmitted into the Alliance.

Unfortunately, however, my people have fallen on hard times and there are now few of our own ships remaining for me to find a commission to serve on. To this end I implore you to consider my application into your own fleet. I would be honored to serve the Alliance in an official capacity as I always dreamed of as a young man. Should you wish to speak to me please do not hesitate to call upon me. I have been keeping a room in the Stormwind Dwarven District for the time being. You may find me there.
