Dear Captain Sparkwire,

I was pleased to hear of your strike team’s success in Shadowforge City. To be perfectly honest, I had not held much hope that the team from Morgan’s Militia was still alive, so I am doubly impressed.

I cannot say this will be the last we see of Dark Iron dwarves being led astray by elemental worship or the Twilight’s Hammer, but I assure you that none of that is of my doing. It was I who worked tirelessly to free my people from their servitude to Ragnaros, and I’ve no desire to ever see them so bound again.

As for our agreement, I am a woman of my word. Your people have no need to fear reprisal for actions taken prior to my rejoining the Ironforge community.

I hope everyone will come to realize, with time, that I and my people are not the enemies here. I am fully aware my father never held back in sharing his opinion regarding my ability to lead the dwarves, but words are only words. I am here on the Council of the Three Hammers in Ironforge, and here I will remain. Let my own actions be the basis on which I am judged.

Sincerely,
Moira Thaurissan
