I think we've got enough of a team together to send out into Westfall today. The other four are gnomes. Slicket and Natlee are an eccentric pair but seem to work well together. Front line warrior type and healer, former rocket car driver and reformed con artist respectively. Pretend you don't know that last bit, as she doesn't know I know, and she really does seem to be turning over a new leaf. Slick's a bit rough around the edges but he's smarter than he appears.

I'm also sending you a couple of mages, Glyphe and Ozmatoz. Glyphe is a brand new mage apprentice but seems to really idolize Captain Sparkwire, so I expect her absolute loyalty and commitment. Ozmatoz I mostly know from her artwork; she illustrates the Cobalt Blade novels. I think she's a little nervous about transitioning into more adventurous work, but she does have magical aptitude and she's expressed that with everything going on she can no longer sit by. I expect you'll be able to put her at ease.

Last bit of a heads up is about the gal I've sent to orient people to Westfall a bit. She's going to meet you at Westbrook Garrison before you set out and give you some info. She used to go by Terrineth and now she's going by Rozalin or something? She's a prize fighter (under yet some other name) and occasionally does work for us as well. Her various names and some erratic behavior from her in the past have me a bit unwilling to put full trust in her, but she's never given Cobalt Company any direct cause for alarm and I'm doing my best to give her honest work that doesn't put too much stress on a person who is clearly already somewhat troubled. Sometimes the best way to teach someone to be trustworthy is to trust them, at least a little.

She is, however, much too biased on the subject of Westfall's recent troubles to be directly involved in our efforts to investigate the situation out there. Some of her ideas about who is to blame are… a bit off, and she's not the kind of person who seems to respond well to having her opinions challenged. I've heard some rumors that she's settling a bit, reconnecting with her family and such, so I have hopes for her finding her way in life eventually. Just thought I'd be remiss if I didn't warn you that her behavior might be a little off, especially on the subject of Westfall. Let me know if she does anything untoward and I'll handle it. Actually let me know if she doesn't do anything untoward, so I can make a note of it. People do change, after all, and I'm happy to update my attitude accordingly.
