Lord Marshal Stoutmantle kept me apprised of your activities in the Deadmines. The People's Militia thanks you for your service.

I am writing to inform you that Alliance forces have finally tracked down the missing Defias Captain, Decker Canton. He was arrested by the Night's Watch while trying to recover some buried Defias loot in Duskwood and is currently being held in Darkshire. If you hurry, you can join the interrogation.

Speak with Councilman Millstipe in Darkshire. I have informed him of your interest in this case.
