Dear General Arlo,
My company has been working alongside the Alliance Army effort for quite some time now, and I think we've proven ourselves trustworthy. Certainly more trustworthy than a certain Counselor I could name, for instance. Relying on our reputation thus proved, I would like to bring to your attention several areas of lack that my people have noted in the operation in the Borean Tundra, specifically in the airstrip in the north of the region.
First, the workers there have grown shockingly lax in safety precautions. There is always an element of risk in tinkering, I am full aware, but it is critical to maintain the correct amount of caution. This is an area I feel very strongly about, having lost my own mother to a lab accident some decades past. As you are the commanding officer, I would request that you require a refresher training course on laboratory safety for workers at Fizzcrank Airstrip. If no suitable instructor is available, I can volunteer myself as a tinker with decades of experience and a spotless lab casualty record.
Second, the conflict with the mechagnomes has led to a poisoning of the fields to the east of the airstrip. Specifically, the water is contaminated with oil, and the local wildlife has been affected. I think we can all agree that this was not the intent of the Alliance military, and I do recognize that war is currently seen as the top priority of our forces. But may I point out, the value of winning a war diminishes if the world one hopes to save is ruined in the process. I would like to request that at least some of our forces are assigned to ameliorate the damage to the local environment. Preferably some who have knowledge in restoring natural balance, a.k.a. not me this time.
