The copies received by both Captain Jo and Elohad are rimed with frost, stiff and crackling. The frost melts from the page at the touch of fingers, but soon frosts over again. The ink seems unaffected, and does not blur or run with repeated thawing and refreezing.

IN RE: Aid to Fort Wildevar

Please be adviced that the Alliance Vanguard is preparing for a northward push deeper into Northrend across the mountains. To that end they are establishing Fort Wildevar in the northeast.
As I have said previously it is my hope to get Cobalt Company moved on from Westguard as soon as is possible. Moving to Fort Wildevar with the Vanguard advance would be ideal as it would combine that aim with us accompaning the most foremost push. At the spearhead as it were.
However because this is the advance most action it is still underway and the facility at Fort Wildevar is less complete even that we have seen so far. In order to hasten their operation forward and to get our own people up there with all possible speed I am asking all Cobalt personnel who is not at present engaged in active operation here at Westguard to shift there focus to Fort Wildevar and assist in there readyness there. Alot of it as you might guess is to do with supply and inferstructure rather then combat operation but this is every bit as vital to our progress in the north so I am calling for an all hands kind of situation.
Please report to Mr. Gil Grisert at Fort Wildevar at your earliest and see what assistance Cobalt can offer him. The sooner the fort is ready, the sooner we are in it.
