Roper,

Took forever, but I did get your letter. Should be a little faster from now in, but with (apparently) an element of magical unpredictability? I feel like reading that journal made me just a little bit more stupid, but the vocabulary was nice. Thanks.

I asked some folks and Aze is still in Silvermoon. She goes to parties now and then. Apparently she was disfigured in the war. I don't think the story of how the arakkoa pecked out her eyeballs is common knowledge, but she can't really hide the fact that she's blind now. As far as I've heard, no one's made a big deal of it. She's all right. I could probably get a message to her, but of course someone would have to read it.

Keep an eye out for a delivery ship called the Horizon's Wake in about a week from the postage date, see if you can catch it while they're unloading cargo. Flour and sugar for you, Lin will see to it. Human, black hair, she knows who to look for.

Tell me if this makes it there in one piece. We had a letter arrive in our mailbox in four different pieces, split straight through the envelope.

Miss you. Say hi to Syarra for me.

Your Ally,
Mistake
