In Blue Squad's investigation of the Mechanar sattel satta satellite of Tempest Keep we discovered an operation of the Sunfury Blood Elves of Prince Kael'thas that involved a lot of pink cubes. They seem to be stock piling them in huge amounts. The cubes appear to be the same kind that the Etherals are harvesting which is the probable source of there rivalry. I believe it is the same stuff that was being harvested by the Etherals in the Mana Tombs of Auchindoun and also the ones the Captain and I encountered in the Blade's Edge Mountains. I do not know if it is soul energy or arcane energy I would expect souls to be Light if I am honest but the pink stuff being harvested in Blade's Edge was souls and it is possible that is also why they were harvesting it in the tombs in Auchindoun.
When I say pink cubes I do not mean that the cubes themselves are pink I believe they are clear like glass or some thing but there is some thing trapped inside that is like small clouds of pink crackling light that makes the cubes glow like they are pink.
Any way we have picked up a small one of these and transported it back to Shattrath City with us. They seem from observation of how they are stock piled in various places I have been that they are safe for transport. I am hoping that one or two or all of you can have a look at it and tell if it is mana or arcane or souls or what. Azizia is the one who carried it to the city and agreed to secure it some place secure so please contact her at your best convenience to find out where that is and how to get hold of it. Despite that it is to the best of my knowledge safe to transport we did not think it was best to bring it to HQ in Ironforge because who knows about the affect of portals on it etc.
