In Northshire Abbey’s central chamber.

Dane nods and gives his armor a once over. "Chaplain."

Mordecai smiles, a little nervously, at Dane. "Sir Dane. Excited? Nervous?"

Dane grunts and shakes his head, before he gives armor another once over. "'Ve been less nervous facing down battlefields of demons. Wager that's normal for this sort f'thing."

[Mordecai]: That's very normal.

[Dane]: You look properly well.

Mordecai steps down from the little step he was standing on. "Thank you. Cressidha outdid herself again. She's happy with Ivrianna's too. You'll see."

Dane grunts and nods a few times, smoothing over his tabard one last time before he turns to Mordecai and extends a hand.

[Dane]: You Aspenwoods are a good sort.

Mordecai takes Dane's hand. Is this a handshake? Probably? "Oh, um. Thank you."

Dane grips it firmly and shakes Mordecai around before he releases him.

Mordecai smiles and shakes Dane's hand.

[Mordecai]: Don't worry. You have two lines and one of them I get to remind you what it is during the ceremony.

Dane scoffs with amusement. "I wager I'm in good hands, then."

[Mordecai]: I think I've got my part down. I should be fine. It was a lot scarier the first wedding I ordained.

[Dane]: How many will it be, after today?

[Mordecai]: This is the fourth.

[Dane]: Fourth, bloody hell.

Dane pauses. "I mean to say … That's a lot."

Mordecai laughs quietly. "It is."

Dane clears his throat and grunts again.

Meanwhile, in one of the side rooms of the Abbey…

Ivrianna eyes the windows. They look breakable…

Cressidha is making very small fussing adjustments to Ivri's dress that are probably unnecessary.

From time to time, the voice of a small child can be heard. Well, three of them. They argue sometimes, sometimes whisper fiercely, sometimes laugh. Who can keep up?

[Ivrianna]: Last chance to smash out a window and run away with me…

Ivrianna fusses with Cressidha's gown, because it's only fair.

[Cressidha]: And ruin your dress crawling through broken glass? Absolutely not.

[Ivrianna]: Yes ma'am.

[Ivrianna]: I swear to Light, Athan, if you get ONE MORE STAIN on that shirt….

Mollie, in her flower-girl finery, hides slightly behind Cressidha's skirt.

Cressidha gently pats Mollie on the head. "You've got your basket all ready?"

Mollie nods up at Cressidha, holding it aloft. She sticks a finger in her mouth and smiles, batting big blue eyes at the pretty mage.

Ivrianna listens. "Oh Light, how many people showed up at this thing?"

[Cressidha]: You have friends, Ivri. So does Dane.

Cressidha produces a ribbon out of what might be thin air and ties it in a big bow around the handle of Mollie's flower basket.

Ivrianna sighs. "I suppose I oughtn't sit in case I get dirty."

Cressidha inspects the bench. She brushes a finger along the surface, checking for dust or dirt. "No, don't sit," she says, and wipes her fingers off on a handkerchief.

Mollie gasps. A bow. It is magic. It is a magic bow. She touches it carefully.

[Ivrianna]: What if I take the dress off, then crawl through the broken window?

[Cressidha]: Ivri!

[Ivrianna]: What?

[Cressidha]: No escaping. You'll be happy you got it over with later.

Ivrianna sighs. "I knew I should've kidnapped him last night."

[Ivrianna]: Hey. *She grins.* Wanna see something fun?

[Cressidha]: Oh, dear. What is it.

Ivrianna lifts the hem of her skirt, high enough to make it obvious she's wearing a battered, worn pair of thigh-high red leather boots under her dress.

[Ivrianna]: Remember these? I found 'em in Westfall, back in the early days.

[Cressidha]: I wasn't going to ask why red…

Ivrianna drops her skirt. "I needed someplace to put a dagger."

Ivrianna makes big scaredy eyes at Cressidha.

Cressidha pats Ivri's hand.

Ivrianna glances to the wall. "Well… That sounds like everyone."

Ivrianna nervously smooths her hair.

[Ivrianna]: I'm glad you're with me, Cress.

[Cressidha]: Of course. You look lovely, Ivri. You'll be fine.

Ivrianna goes over each child one last time, picking a bit of lint off the blue velvet pillows the boys carry.

Mordecai announces that the ceremony will be starting soon.

Cressidha lowers her voice to a whisper. "All right, Landen, Athan, whenever you're ready."

In the central chapel area of the Abbey, the guests assemble…

Bennarin murmurs to Niris, who smiles wryly at him and pats his arm.

[Mordecai]: It'll be fine.

Bennarin nods respectfully to Nunuzac.

Nunuzac looks around and spots people scattered around. She waves at Bennarin.

Niris smiles at Nunuzac.

[Mordecai]: Ah. You can all— come in, come in. If you could… opposite side, along the wall, there?

Bennarin glances over and grins. He nods at Mordecai.

From time to time, the voice of a small child can be heard. Well, three of them. They argue sometimes, sometimes whisper fiercely, sometimes laugh. Who can keep up?

Dane's eyes snap to Ben. He nods and grunts, before looking between Niris and Nunuzac, doing the same.

Mordecai smiles and nods. That is the correct side.

Gausanders steps inside the Abbey. He came prepared this time. His robe has pockets, and said pockets are full of handkerchiefs.

Niris whispers very loudly — and it echoes in the chamber — "You look very handsome, Mr. Atley."

Dane inclines his head and grunts. "Lovely as ever, Niris," he remarks respectfully.

Dane also has Elohad standing to his immediate right.

Bennarin straightens as he surveys Dane's armor and his ears redden. He smiles a little bashfully. "Sir. Congratulation again."

[Nunuzac]: This must be the place! I for sure recognize this one. It is like everything happens for you all at once.

Gausanders gives a small wave at everyone, then both thumbs up at Dane.

Niris glances over at Nunuzac and laughs softly.

[Niris]: Hello, Sandy.

[Dane]: Aye, should make t'easy for me to remember the anniversaries.

Dane growls with amusement.

[Bennarin]: Sanders.

Bennarin nods.

Gausanders chuckles at Dane, then turns to Niris and Ben. "Hi you two!" he smiles at them, but oh no his eyes are getting teary already.

Niris takes Ben's arm again and beams at Elohad up beside Dane. "You look very handsome too, Elohad," she says, this time in a conversational tone.

Mordecai looks off into the distance, mouthing words silently to himself. Is he still rehearsing? Maybe.

Bennarin eyes Sandy. He produces a handkerchief from his sleeve, because he came prepared for his wife. He leans past Niris to offer it to Sandy.

Nunuzac waves a little at Gausanders. "You three were at the other ceremony too, hello.”

[Nunuzac]: Oh no, leaky already.

Mattias Barlowe, again clad in blue-and-gold dress armor but this time with the rank of Captain on his shoulders, winks at Dane and grins broadly.

Gausanders points to his pockets bursting with handkerchiefs. "It's okay, I'll be fine, don't worry! I won't cry! And even if I do I'll be okay!"

Niris nods at Nunuzac. "I'm Elohad's wife, and Ben's mother. Niris Ference. Have we been formally introduced? Honestly I have no idea these days." She laughs again.

There are other assorted Barlowes here, the same ones as were at the Knighting ceremony except for two women. One is tiny and blonde and looks like someone animated a china doll. The other is red-haired and somewhat plump, and very self-conscious.

Bennarin nods at Sandy and tucks the handkerchief away again for Ismene's future use.

Gausanders turns to Nunuzac. "Yes, we were there too! I'm Sandy! Nice to meet you again!" He grins. His eyes are indeed leaky already.

Bennarin glances over at the tiny blonde woman with the Barlowe party. After a moment he offers her a courteous nod and looks away, back to Dane.

Nunuzac beams at Niris. "Not yet! I meet Elohad in Draenor, now still many others I am just meeting. I work with Dane soon ago, so this is exciting."

Dane grunts quietly and glances around the hall, tensing his jaw.

Nunuzac pat pats Gausander's shoulder. "I am Nunuzac, we say a better hello later for sure."

[Niris]: It is very exciting," *she confirms to Nunuzac.*

Bennarin glances over at Colson's appearance and smiles crookedly. He nods.

Gausanders smiles. "Yeah, sure!" turns around and looks at Dane again. He gives him two thumbs up again. This is his 'I will not cry' gesture.

Dane scoffs quietly with amusement at Sandy, but otherwise holds his ground.

Mordecai fidgets with his fingers, staring off into space.

Niris releases Ben's arm to smooth her skirts and gaze around fondly at her old stompin' grounds.

Colson smiles back at Ben. He seems a little dazed still, for some reason. There could be imaginary heart bubbles over his head, hard to say.

Estel enters in a rush that she quickly slows to a dignified walk. She takes a place between Niris and Sandy. "Hey, I'm on time, I'm definitely not late."

[Gausanders]: You are, congratulations! *He says, not very quietly.*

Niris glances over and beams at Estel. "You are," she confirms as well.

Jocoza comes into the chapel, wearing her best mage's robe and a happy smile. Sil seems to come in out of nowhere, right next to Ben and Colson.

Bennarin grins at Estel over his aunt's head.

Colson salutes Jo sharply, with a little smile. Er. A regular sized smile for a regular sized person.

Auralind enters quietly, lurking at the edges, outside of the central chamber.

Bennarin twitches a little in startlement at Sil's appearance. "… damn, Sil." He smiles wryly. He leans forward to nod respectfully to Jocoza.

Mordecai looks around and goes, "Ah."

Mordecai leaves the main chamber and goes over to Auralind.

[Bennarin]: Ma'am.

Gausanders waves at everyone who just got here, smiling.

Colson doesn't quite startle at Sil, but his head does turn very quickly as he blinks. He gives Sil a smile. Everyone gets a smile. Maybe it's just stuck on his face.

Dane adjusts his sword in his sheath and runs a hand over his tabard one last time.

[Mordecai]: Auralind, thank you for coming. Elu'shalla is… outside?

Mordecai guesses.

Nunuzac waggles fingers cheerfully at new arrivals, looking a little giddy but politely contained.

Auralind nods once.

Mordecai offers her his arm. "May I take you to the audience?"

Jocoza nods at Ben. Sil smiles at Ben and straightens his suit jacket.

Niris says again, louder than either of the previous times, "Very handsome." It is unclear this time whether she means Dane or Elohad.

Auralind does not take the offered arm. "Thank you, no." Her tone is cool, but polite.

Gausanders preemptively grabs one of the many handkerchiefs from his pockets.

Bennarin nods solemnly, agreeing with whichever assessment that was by Niris. Either one's fair. Both? Both is good.

Gausanders touching a handkerchief makes his eyes well up. Ono.

Oranna sits quietly, hands clasped together in her lap, periodically blinking rapidly.

Mordecai smiles at her. "All right." He doesn't sound at all bothered by the rejection. "Excuse me."

Colson's eyes track Mordecai across the chapel, and it's possibly more clear why he seems a little dazed and smiley.

Auralind gives Mordecai a slight nod, acknowledging his departure.

Bennarin slips his arm around Ismene. He doesn't offer her a handkerchief. Yet. The edge of one is visible from beneath the cuff of his shirt, however, if she needs to pluck it out herself. Ben Hazan, human tissue box.

Mordecai steps up on the slightly elevated step here and fidgets with his fingers. He looks at Dane. "Should I…?"

Azizia comes in, wearing an outfit almost as shiny as it was the last wedding she joined in. She stands against a wall, twists one of her curls around her finger, and upnods Dane.

Dane nods to Azizia. He glances around more time before giving Mordecai a small, firm nod.

Niris clasps her hands in front of her, expression appropriately solemn for a Church Occasion, though her amber eyes are bright.

Mordecai takes a deep breath. "The ceremony will be starting soon," he says in a slightly louder voice. "If we could please have a moment of silence?"

Dane stands gruffly at attention.

Nunuzac seems curious to notice another draenei arrive but only gives a lit up smile of recognition before refocusing on the speaker.

Gausanders's lower lip shakes. Must contain the happy sob, must contain the happy sob, must contain the

A young lad walks in from a side room, black hair combed just-so. He is in a squire's uniform, obviously brand new and pin-straight. His arms are bent at a perfect 90 degrees, and he is holding a blue velvet pillow trimmed in silver. On it is a single ring. He solemnly walks solemnly to stop solemnly at Mordecai's right.

Too close behind him and walking too fast is a slightly younger boy. His bright blue eyes are wide and shining with excitement. He's wearing a bright white shirt (except for a couple of brand new stains) and blue velvet trousers with silver piping down the side. He, too, is carrying a blue and silver pillow with a ring on it. He takes the last few steps at a run and grins up at Mordecai, before remembering and running to Mordecai's left.

There's a pause before a little girl, maybe five, takes to the carpet. She looks like a flower girl. Blonde hair, baby fine, in ringlet curls. A flower crown around her head. Big blue eyes. Poofy white dress. She takes her moment, stuffs a hand in her basket, and FLINGS down some rose petals. Step. FLING. Step. FLING. Eventually she makes it to stand next to the boy on Mordecai's left. FLING.

Mordecai smiles down at the flower girl.

Niris beams at her.

Ivrianna enters, and clearly debates hopping from pile of petals to pile of petals. She pauses, smiling at Dane.

Gausanders looks at the flower girl. That job sounds fun. He wants to do that, now.

Dane sneaks a wink from his left eye at the little ones, otherwise he's glaring, until he spots her. He clears his throat at the sight of her and shifts slightly in place.

Niris straightens and beams even more at Ivri. Her eyes are even brighter now. O no she might need a hankie.

Ivrianna finishes crossing and turns her smile at the kids, then at Mordecai.

Cressidha enters behind Ivri, taking her place on Ivri's side of the ceremony.

Ivrianna looks over at everyone and, protocol be damned, waves. Hi everyone!

Colson smiles gently at Cressidha, before returning his attention to Mordecai. Who is the priest. Conducting the ceremony. It's totally natural that he's staring at the priest.

Dane still peers at Ivrianna, eyes narrowing out of sentiment.

Mordecai gestures Dane a little closer to Ivri.

Ivrianna winks at Atley.

Gausanders stares at Ivri. He can't contain the happy sob anymore. He beams at her.

Nunuzac looks a little overwhelmed at the sight of little humans acting cute. Then the bride arrives and she vigorously waves back.

Bennarin eyes Ivrianna and does not whistle at her (in jest) because it is not a jesting occasion. His expression says he would've, though.

Oranna waves enthusiastically back at Ivri.

Mordecai addresses the crowd in a calm, clear voice. "Dear kin and comrades, we have gathered here to witness the union between Sir Dane Atley and Ivrianna Barlowe within the grace of the Light."

Mordecai scans the crowd briefly with a faint, fond smile before looking down at the couple in front of him.

Ivrianna can't help it, she grins at Dane.

Niris nods firmly. She sure has. She beams at Elohad some more, and stealthily plucks a handkerchief from Ben's sleeve.

Dane scoffs audibly at Ivrianna's grin, raising a hand to dab a bare thumb under an eye. Dane wipes a tear from his eye, that is.

Ismene leans forward to whisper at Niris, "Look at her dress, it's so pretty." She holds the hankie under her nose and sniffles.

Gausanders gasps at Dane wiping a tear from his eye.

Cressidha watches Ivri and Dane, her eyes shining. She's not crying but she might be later.

Mordecai takes a deep breath. He delivers the next lines down towards Ivri and Dane directly, but there's a sense that he's speaking to everyone in the audience, and his voice is clear enough to carry.

[Mordecai]: A partnership is a foundation upon which a home can be built. Though pain and hardship may yet come in the future, a steady foundation of love and trust and communication will help Sir Dane and Ivrianna endure and grow together.

Dane turns to face Mordecai more directly, but he can't take his eyes off of Ivrianna.

Oranna is very quietly beaming and crying, her hands pressed close to her chest.

[Mordecai]: When entering into a partnership, there is a beautiful moment where 'I' becomes 'we'. We share our burdens to lighten them and we share our joys to nurture them. It is my hope that their partnership will give them the strength and resilience to endure any trials that may come, but also that the bond of their love will allow them to build their lives together upon a steady foundation.

Colson's expression is infinitely soft as he looks at Mordecai, listening with an intensity of emotion even from the stoic paladin.

Niris beams at Elohad some more.

Cressidha blinks rapidly. She's not going to cry. It's fine. She's not going to cry. Don't worry about it.

Dane sets his jaw and raises a hand to flick away one of his own tears.

Bennarin glances down at Ismene, his smile soft.

Ismene smile-cries and dabs at her face, then tucks that hankie away and goes fishing up Ben's sleeve for another.

Gausanders sniffles and blows his nose into handkerchief #1.

Auralind's expression is like stone. She might as well be a statue off against her far wall.

Nunuzac squeaks something in draenic under her breath when she hears Sandy's beginning to sniffle. Her eyes immediately begin to well too, maybe sympathetically, and she reaches out sideways to hug him in weepy solidarity.

Ivrianna's grin softens, and she smiles at Mordecai, then over at Dane.

Nunuzac is tall though and not looking and ends up kind of grabbing Sandy's head.

[Mordecai]: The couple shall now exchange their vows.

Mordecai turns to Dane first.

Ivrianna turns to face Dane.

Dane inhales quietly and clears his throat as he turns to face Ivrianna.

[Mordecai]: Sir Dane Atley, do you take Ivrianna Barlowe as your wife, to share with her both home and hearth, through bounty and want, during strife and peace, that all of your blessings be hers as well, throughout all of your days?

Gausanders lets his head get grabbed, resting against her a little, and offers her one of the many handkerchiefs in his pockets.

[Dane]: I do.

Niris nods firmly at Dane. You better.

Mordecai turns to Ivri.

[Mordecai]: Ivrianna Barlowe, do you take Sir Dane Atley as your husband, to share with him both home and hearth, through bounty and want, during strife and peace, that all of your blessings be his as well, throughout all of your days?

Bennarin narrows his eyes at Ivrianna. You better.

Ivrianna has a thousand thoughts of mischief. Dane can see it plainly, as can Elo. But in the end, as though trying not to laugh with happiness, she says, "I do."

Dane glares at her and idly shakes his head back and forth, green eyes still watery as he briefly sucks in his upper lip.

[Mordecai]: To seal these vows, the couple will exchange rings.

Landen, a.k.a. Squire Uniform Solemn Boy, steps solemnly forward and holds out his blue pillow to Mr. Atley.

Cressidha gives an encouraging nod to the ringbearer boys.

Nunuzac accepts it and dabs her glimmering eyes while fixing herself into a more supportive shoulder hug. She beams through the eye watering.

Dane turns and accepts the ring, offering noble Landen a solemn nod.

Azizia looks at everyone else in the audience. Is it clapping time? It seems like a time for clapping.

Athan, a.k.a. Too Excitable Boy, is poking at his pillow and forgets for a minute. Then he stumbles forward and shoves his pillow at Ivrianna.

Landen nods back at Atley, then steps back. He has accomplished his Very Important Assignment.

Jocoza's eyes look a little teary.

Mordecai watches Athan with a bright, warm smile.

Ivrianna takes the ring from Athan's pillow, then glances over her shoulder at Cressidha. There's a pointed look down at Athan.

Athan grins brightly up at Mordecai.

Cressidha taps Athan's shoulder and gently maneuvers him back to his spot.

Colson blinks at Mordecai for a moment, a brief flash of something on his face, before he seems to almost shake his head a little, the soft smile still on his face.

Athan stumbles back by Cressidha and grins at her too.

[Mordecai]: Sir Dane, please place the ring on Ivrianna's finger and repeat after me.

Ivrianna holds out her left hand.

Mollie, a.k.a. Flower Girl, looks uncertain, then steps up to hand a fistful of flower petals to Mordecai since he didn't get anything.

Oranna bites her lip to avoid a chuckle escaping.

Mordecai blinks at Mollie. He smiles at her and accepts the handful of flower petals.

Mollie is content and steps back to Cressidha's side too.

Colson looks like someone might have accidentally hit him with a Hammer of Justice, but thanks to [Will to Survive] he shakes it off quickly.

Dane reaches for Ivrianna's hand, holding his ring with the other. He gently takes her much smaller palm and carefully slides the ring on.

[Mordecai]: 'I give you this ring as a token and pledge of our constant faith and abiding love.'

Dane swallows again, before growling, peering down at Ivrianna. "I give you this ring, as a token and pledge of our constant faith and abiding love."

Mordecai holds his handful of flower petals gently in one hand, moving them around with his thumb. "Ivrianna, please place the ring on Sir Dane's finger and repeat after me."

[Mordecai]: 'I give you this ring as a token and pledge of our constant faith and abiding love.'

Dane raises his left hand to Ivrianna.

Ivrianna takes Dane's hand. She locks eyes with him as she slides the ring on his finger. "I give you this ring as a token and pledge of our constant faith and abiding love."

Niris leans against Ben's arm and pats him, possibly in lieu of leaning on and patting Elohad, at whom she is smiling again.

[Mordecai]: Sir Dane, Ivrianna, please join hands.

Ismene holds Ben's hand. There's a slightly soppy handkerchief between them.

Colson runs a thumb across his own wedding ring, a gentle smile on his face.

Ivrianna reaches out for Dane's other hand.

Bennarin squeezes Mizzy's hand, gallantly ignoring the soppy handkerchief. He glances down at her again, this time unsmiling and oddly intent, solemn.

Dane accepts it, and gives both of her hands a firm squeeze.

Oranna looks like she's one step away from either sobbing or laughing, and it's entirely possible both will happen eventually.

Mordecai doesn't raise his voice, but it carries easily through the chapel, and there's a sense of the Light about him as he speaks: "By virtue of the authority vested in me as Chaplain and priest of the Church of the Holy Light, I now pronounce you Sir Dane and Lady Ivrianna Atley."

Ivrianna says very quietly, grinning huge, still looking only at Dane, "Oh s&#t."

Cressidha did it. She didn't cry. She keeps blinking though.

Bennarin laughs aloud at Ivrianna.

Gausanders happy sobs again, finally hugging Nunu back, while his eyes stay on the ceremony.

Mordecai says more quietly to Dane, "You may kiss the bride."

Nunuzac squeezes Sandy's shoulders—she is pretty twiggy so this is not too harsh—and sways him lightly right and left to ease them both through the oncoming emotions.

Dane frowns gruffly out the corner of his mouth before he leans in to place a tasteful, but longing kiss on Ivrianna's lips.

Nunuzac acts like this is probably not the first time she's done something like this to a practical stranger.

Niris gaily throws her handkerchief in the air.

Ivrianna kisses back, just as restrained. Sorry, folx.

Dane lingers for a moment before he turns both Ivrianna and himself to the crowd, back to glaring again, but his eyes glitter like emeralds.

Ivrianna keeps hold of Dane's left hand with her right and turns to face everyone.

Bennarin whistles loudly through his teeth, because he cannot help himself.

Niris smacks Ben's arm lightly.

Ismene claps wildly. Are you supposed to clap? She claps.

Oranna beams at Dane and Ivri. She might be casting a slight glow. That could also be the tears shining from the lights, but it's hard to say.

Azizia hears Ben whistling, and then Ismene's clapping. This is clapping time! She claps.

Jocoza smiles contentedly at the happy couple.

Sil looks like he might've whistled, but he saw the treatment Ben got for it.

Niris is too far to smack you, Sil, don't worry.

Barlowes whistle and stomp and clap. Mattie picks up his china doll wife and smooches her bigtime.

Mordecai addresses the crowd again: "Thank you for coming to witness this union. After a time of congratulations we shall excuse Sir Dane and Lady Ivrianna. Refreshments are, um, available in the reception room."

Ivrianna turns quickly to Cressidha, letting go of Dane to hug her big.

Sil then notices Mizzy and Azizia clapping and decides that's probably okay. He claps enthusiastically.

Ivrianna hugs Cressidha.

Cressidha lifts Ivri off her feet an inch or so in the hug, then sets her back down.

Gausanders tries to clap, but it's hard when you're hugging someone. He's full on sobbing now.

Dane turns to shake hands and probably do some other stuff with Elohad, use your imagination.

Two of the children run to Mattie and wife, insisting they notice how well they did. The last boy walks over solemnly.

Bennarin's eyes widen at Cressidha. Damn.

Estel calls, "Congrats!" at the couple and tries to walk at a normal human person pace towards the fabled refreshments table.

Ivrianna laughs at Cressidha. "Couldn't have made it without you."

Nunuzac releases Gausanders and makes an attempt to smooth out his robe where she rumpled it, but then sees him sobbing again and her own waterworks break out again and she gives him another squish.

[Cressidha]: Now go be happy.

Dane turns back to Ivrianna and offers an arm.

[Dane]: Milady.

Ivrianna grins and walks back to Dane's side, taking his arm. "Milord."

Mordecai says quietly, "Congratulations," and moves towards the audience.

Dane graciously marches over to the group with Ivrianna in tow.

[Dane]: You lot, thank you for coming t'witness this special day.

Dane growls.

Mordecai holds a hand out to Colson, palm-up. It has flower petals in it.

[Ivrianna]: Oh, Sandy! Don't cry.

[Jocoza]: Congratulations, both of you. *Jo beams from the audience*

[Cressidha]: Oh, Sandy…

Colson stands gracefully, as he takes Mordecai's hand, and there is an overabundance of emotion in the paladin's face. His eyes are bright with unshed tears.

Nunuzac steps aside a little to try to give Sandy the opportunity to either recompose himself or latch onto one of his other friends, the choice is yours.

Mordecai whispers, "I don't know what to do with the flower petals."

Gausanders shakes his head, letting go of Nunu. "I'm not crying!" he says, calming down. "I'm— I'm—" he pulls handkerchief #3 from his pocket and begins crying tears of joy directly into it.

[Ivrianna]: Jo! I'm glad you could be here. You're family, you know. You needed to be here.

With the ceremony concluded, Auralind slips out as quietly as she arrived.

Colson smiles, as he palms the flower petals. "Would you like me to hold onto them, for later?"

Dane nods his agreement, and shakes his hands with the brothers of the Barlowe clan. He ruffles up Athan's hair, wedding ring shining dimly in the low light of the abbey.

[Mordecai]: Oh. Um, if you don't mind.

Barlowe Boys shake hands too. Mattie says, "Officially yer problem now, Atley. I wash my hands of the weevil."

Colson smiles softly as he opens up a bag with his notebook, taking it out to carefully place the flower petals between two pages, and stowing it back neatly. He opens his arms for a hug.

Dane almost starts up laughing before he remembers himself. "S'a good problem to have, innit'. The best."

Ivrianna hastily tries to pull Dane away. "Alll righty well we have to get going now…."

[Dane]: My wife and I shall be off, now. I wager we'll see the lot of you in a week's time.

[Ivrianna]: Two.

Mordecai steps into the hug, immediately sagging a little with relief and fatigue. "I did it," he mumbles. "I remembered it all."

[Ivrianna]: Move it, husband.

[Colson]: You did it. You were incredible. *Colson smiles over Mordecai's shoulder at the couple.*

Nunuzac dabs at her sparkling eyes with the borrowed hanky as well. "Goodness goodness! Thank you for having me here, it was so sweet!"

Dane nods in farewell before marching Ivrianna outside, taking her towards a loaded, dual-horse drawn carriage.

Ivrianna waves at Nunuzac.

[Cressidha]: Have fun, Ivri! Dane.

Cressidha, as maid of honor, goes to attend the reception and help with cleanup.

Gausanders gets his head out of the handkerchief. Oh no, they left and he missed it. He turns to Nunu. "Tha— thank you for the hug!" he says, between tears.

Mordecai says hopefully to Colson, "Fresh air?"

Nunuzac looks over Gausanders once more to see how he is holding up. "You be alright? Oh! Hug for us both. I thought you might want one as much as I did, good guess maybe?" She laughs lightly

Colson makes an affirmative sound. "Fresh air," he agrees. He might have to let go of Mordecai first though, which he doesn't seem to be doing

Mordecai nods. Yes. Going outside any second now. Any second now.

[Gausanders]: Yeah, I will! I'm just… *He sobs again.* I'm so happy for them! They're both the best!

[Gausanders]: And I'm glad I could help with the hug, then. *He wipes his tears again.*

[Nunuzac]: I have not yet met wife of Dane, maybe you introduce me sometime. Some other other time. She have places to be.

[Colson]: Come on, darling. Let's go outside. *Colson pulls away to hold out a hand, starting towards the outside of the Abbey.*

[Mordecai]: Ah. Yes.

Mordecai takes Colson's hand.

Gausanders nods. "Ivri's great, you'll see!" he chuckles. "I should get going as well. Thanks again! I hope I'll get to see you again soon!"

Nunuzac nods at Gausanders.
