Dear Ismene Hazan,

Given the circumstances, I think you've performed admirably as Cobalt Company's assistant. If there was any mistake, it was mine - asking too much of a young woman who, unknown to me at the time, was dealing with the departure of her new husband to another world.

I think you have a good point, about having an assistant both on Azeroth and in Outland. Not everyone is a mage, after all, and I can see that it might be difficult for you and Oranna to commute back and forth frequently.

I would be happy for you to continue on as Cobalt Company assistant in Outland. As a first point of order, as we're getting settled, we do need to find someplace to serve as our base of operations. Shattrath seems entirely packed with refugees, and I've not been able to find any location comparable to our HQ in Ironforge. There is a quiet inn in Nagrand that might do, or I would defer to your suggestions. I am also fond of Telredor, but I realize that giant mushrooms are not to everyone's taste.

I'll speak to Oranna about her plans, and about whether she would like to formalize her position as the Azeroth assistant. I will be in touch.
