A hasty note is sent to Jocoza Sparkwire via personal messenger, one who's being paid well to wait outside her home until she shows up.

Captain Sparkwire:

Silvestre Sullivan has been kidnapped by his family. I'm enclosing a copy of the letter they sent. Please believe me when I say Sil never, ever would have gone with his family.

I'd like permission from you for Bennarin Hazan and I to undertake a rescue mission, or at least to locate him and report back. I am certain Mr. Hazan will concur with my interpretation of the situation.

Please answer as soon as possible.
