Appearance

Of average height for Kaldorei, with deep green hair that is short and uneven. It looks as though she has been cutting it herself, using a sharp object. Despite her personal pacifism she is quite muscled, though more recently it seems as though some of those muscles are diminishing. Likely they were a product of whatever she did before she found druidism.

Personality

Quiet, even in the way she moves. She is often seen studying others for social cues, unless she has practiced an interaction beforehand. Despite her few words, she is deceptively well-versed in Common. Perhaps it’s her intention to appear as though she is not. Being a healer, she has decided to take a pacifistic approach to life, never carrying or using a weapon herself, though she does not seem bothered by death, suffering, or killing, and will follow and assist groups performing such activities.

Strategy games are perhaps a hidden talent of hers, especially board games.

History

Yveris has a long history, and one which she never speaks of and may even deny having.

Prior to the War of the Ancients she entertained through dance, under the name of Naiya Stardancer. Her home was a smaller town on the outskirts of Suramar, and she often traveled into the city to perform. During the war she received training in archery and spears and took naturally to both. She joined the Kaldorei Resistance force under Kur’talos Ravencrest and assisted however she could in driving the demons back.

After the War of the Ancients she became a Sentinel, continuing her training both with weapons and mind. Even during times of peace she kept vigilant. Finally, after the conclusion of the Third War, she hung up her bow, spear, and name, cut her hair, and disappeared. She reappeared only recently as Yveris Starleaf and took up druidism, now devoted to healing rather than combat. She does not often speak of her past, instead opting to pretend she is someone else, as if to turn over a new leaf.
