Appearance
Stelianna is a relatively short woman with dark brown eyes and hair, and she's stronger than she might look. Often a little untidy and not infrequently injured, but from activity rather than personal neglect. She has a restless, eager energy about her, and is always ready with a smile.

Stelianna is very community-oriented, and what she considers her community might well extend to the entire Alliance. She's perpetually eager to lend a hand, or to leap into a dangerous situation with what help she has to offer. She likes to think of herself as if she's a suave and badass hero in a storybook, but she is more likely to come across as young, earnest and soft-hearted.

History
Stelianna is the only child of Brendan and Lysa Thorne. Brendan is from Lordaeron and Lysa is from Westfall, and they met during the displacement of Stormwind refugees during the orc wars. In the end, they chose to make their home in Westfall, where Brendan was a blacksmith and Lysa was an apothecary. Their trades served them reasonably well, even throughout the time when the Defias roamed the countryside and spoiled farmlands. Still, they watched the decline of their homeland in worry.
Stelianna was around ten when Lordaeron fell, and it was so distant that it was almost abstract to her. She mostly knows that it made her parents very upset and angry. Several years later, it also led to her father joining the army. Brendan Thorne served in the Northrend campaign alongside Leric Tennerow, and ultimately died in Icecrown. Back home, Lysa sold the smithy and moved into a smaller home, using the money to subsidize providing care to the increasingly destitute local residents.
Stelianna took both her parents' examples to heart. She'd always been the sort of kid to help out neighbors, like her mother, but her father's military service opened her eyes to a wider world. She became determined to become a paladin, and to fight alongside her father in Northrend. She did, very recently, achieve this goal, but a year too late to fight the Lich King. Still, the world has plenty of evils that need thwarting, and she's on the case.
