- STORMWIND NOBILITY - Southern aristocracy would be familiar with the Fallon name. Though the family might otherwise be disdained as foreigners and new-minted nobility, the fact that they were personally ennobled by King Varian for heroism in the liberation of Stormwind — and the fact that they have shiploads of money — have made them hard to ignore. The Fallons were also instrumental in the rebuilding and expansion of Stormwind Harbor, both financially and in an advisory capacity, a project in which they collaborated with their longstanding allies, House Thenedain.
- LORDAERON NOBILITY - The northern aristocracy may be aware that courtesy of his recent marriage to the Duchess Avrenne Esprit, Siamus is now also Duke Esprit.
- HOUSE OF NOBLES - Siamus has recently been selected for a seat on Stormwind's House of Nobles — due in large part to the canny campaign management of his new wife — so any Stormwind citizen or follower of Stormwind politics may be aware of him.
- THIRD WAR - Veterans who were stationed in Theramore may be familiar with Siamus and/or his late father, Simon. Simon died with Lord Admiral Proudmoore; his son Siamus stayed true to his oaths to Stormwind when Kul Tiras abandoned the Alliance in the aftermath of Proudmoore's death, but he did stir Talk when he very publicly (but without comment) set one of his own fleet's ships adrift off Theramore and burned it. The ship was the Gracious Jane.
- SEAFARING - Sailors, shipping companies, and seafaring sorts of a less savory bent as well as other Kul Tiran emigres are almost certainly aware of the Fallons as naval commanders and privateers. The Fallon crews are known as formidable fighters and masterful sailors; their skill at the latter has sparked more than one wild tale of a near-supernatural relationship with the sea. A not-insignificant percentage of the Fallon sailors are, like the Admiral himself, native Kul Tirans; many of them have been in his service since the Third War, but others seem to have found their way to "the mainland" to join up even after that nation's break with the Alliance.
Appearance
Siamus is a lean, sun-browned man, taller than average, with a neat, dark beard and a mane of windblown curls. His eyes are a shade of brown so dark they're almost black. His default expression is a slight, sardonic smile, a knowing amusement in his gaze.
Siamus, sailor mode, in a portrait owned by his wife.
Despite his position as an aristocrat of Stormwind, he has managed to iron neither the Kul Tiran slant from his vowels nor the sailor's roll from his walk.

Personality
AUDACIOUS • FORTHRIGHT • REVERENT • ABSTRACT
Siamus is a LAWFUL NEUTRAL character who is under the impression that he is Lawful Good. His House's motto is Hold Fast; his personal motto (indeed, a central religious tenet) is Matter over form. He is steadfast in his loyalties, honorable in his principles, devout in his faith, generous in his relationships, and frequently kind of an asshole.
Kul Tiran by birth, Lord Siamus Aidan Parrish Westry Fallon (a normal number of names) has rewarded Stormwind with his full loyalty in exchange for the King's recognition of his family's naval service. He's renowned for his skill as a sailor and commander, his brash naval strategies, his passionate interest in new technologies, and his staunch advocacy for new avenues of exploration and trade. The glaring exception to his general tendency toward openness and innovation, however, is his furious opposition to cooperation with the Horde; the deaths of his father and Lord Admiral Proudmoore at Theramore are wounds that still fester. He may be a faithful servant of Stormwind now, but Siamus is still a son of Kul Tiras.
Chivalry and honor are central concepts to him, crucial to his self-perception as a "gentleman" — in other words, he's a sexist but extremely polite about it. He prizes courtesy, which is not to say Manners as formally defined, but general and genuine respect and consideration. He tends, in fact, to find formal or "society" manners rather silly; although he is natively versed in them and will wield them as required, he does so with the attitude of a man playing a game for his own amusement. His Matter over form principle will see him excuse the roughest sailor for accidental or unwitting discourtesy when no offense was meant before he would excuse the most urbane gentleman for speaking disrespectfully of a lady even in private to his friends.
Political and professional peers, however, may find themselves on the wrong side of Matter over form. Siamus prizes competence, courage, and intelligence, and in circumstances (or people) where he finds those qualities lacking, he will say so in no uncertain terms. If you have worked with Siamus and he doubts your qualifications or is unimpressed by your skills, you know that, because he has told you.
He would far rather be addressed by the military rank he has earned (and address others likewise) than the noble title he was born with. He is hardworking and ambitious, the sort of driven personality that sleeps four hours a night (per his accustomed shipboard watchkeeping rotation), rises before dawn to swim or fence or box, and is at his desk and on his seventh cup of tea by the time the rest of the household wakes. He will frequently assert that he is a patient man. This is wildly untrue. (Four hours of sleep, sixteen cups of tea, and three jobs will do that to a man.)
None of this is to say he is a dour personality. His flirtations are frank and numerous (and earned him the nickname 'Shameless' in his youth), and in most circumstances he conveys an air of easy good humor. This breezy public persona may cause people to be surprised when they brush up against his deeply religious side. Siamus worships the Tidemother, in native Tirasian tradition, and regards the "mainland" Church of the Holy Light with some irritated cynicism. He is also a devoted family man: a doting father and a loving husband (despite outward appearances).
He often conveys a deceptive air — abetted by that same breezy outward manner — of carelessness: He regularly forgets, for instance, such minor details as acquaintances' names. Or faces. Or existences. In truth, Siamus regards much of the world with an abstract, mathematical eye. He is extremely skilled at mathematics, in fact, in contexts from the navigational to the financial, and has a keen mind for tactics, policies, the big picture. But superfluous detail (as adjudged by Siamus) or nuance tends to get edited out.
This is reflected in his personal spaces as well. Siamus has lived much of his life aboard ships, in tight quarters and on the move; even away from his ships, his spaces tend to be spartan and immaculately organized, nothing cluttered and everything in its place. Anyone who assumes that his apparent absent-mindedness reflects a careless nature would be astonished by a visit to his study at home, or by watching him spend ten minutes going through a ledger.
(Then again, there are all those mislaid teacups in his office….)
This character can be romanced.
Siamus and Avrenne (art by Athena)
Siamus and Zath (art by Athena)
In June of the year 27, Siamus married the Duchess Avrenne Esprit. He is devoted to her and to their marriage; he remains, however, fully romanceable. He has, at present, one committed long-term lover: Captain Zath Tyrrell of the 7th Legion.
Siamus is a famous (infamous?) flirt. He is also pan, poly, and historically extremely promiscuous, within the bounds of class acceptability; that is, he would never besmirch a young lady of good repute. (He will happily besmirch young ladies of mediocre-or-lower repute, pre-besmirched ladies such as married women or widows, and gentlemen of all kinds.)
Siamus contracted his marriage not for reasons of romance but to the advantage of Stormwind's House Fallon and his own political and military ambitions. He chose the Duchess Esprit based on their compatible priorities, her business and financial acumen, and her network of contacts within the Kingdom of Stormwind — a network Siamus lacked despite his substantial personal wealth, courtesy of his frank nature, dubious ties to his homeland, and past political missteps. He had no interest in a love match: The Fallon name, fortune, and future were at stake, and that responsibility fell to him. Siamus is a man more inclined to reverence — for honor, for tradition, for duty — and abstraction than to personal sentiment, and this was and is to him the natural and appropriate course. As he was prone to observe, love is a hobby, marriage is a business.
His marriage to the Duchess was an exceptional business deal. It was a very happy accident that the pair of gigantic nerds eventually and actually fell in love. It's nice to share hobbies with one's wife.
However, as Siamus is polyamorous (with the full knowledge and consent of his wife), he does continue to pursue his hobbies outside the home. Other romantic relationships can be casual or serious, flings or long-term, and Siamus is capable of ardent and committed devotion to any additional lover. No such relationship will end in marriage, as he is both happy with and honorably dedicated to his wife.
Siamus has historically been attracted to people of any gender, but his relationships have been exclusively with humans or elves (by which he means quel'dorei). He particularly prizes wit, intellect, skill, loyalty, competence, and curiosity. He will be put off by rudeness, incompetence, inconstancy or indecision, disrespect (not necessarily of him in particular, but a general lack of due reverence for persons or principles), and incuriosity.
He has a peculiar weakness for people who affect coldness or unapproachability (see: both his wife and his lover); Siamus himself is readily seduced by a puzzle or a challenge.
Any long-term lover will have to be tolerant not merely of his other relationships but his frequent long absences at sea, and his dedication to his family, his work, and the Alliance.
History
The Fallons, originally of Stormsong in Kul Tiras, come from a long line of shipwrights and marines. Lord Siamus Fallon inherited his title from his late father Simon, who was a Kul Tiran nobleman and a commander in Lord Admiral Proudmoore's fleet. For his heroism in Second War and the liberation of Stormwind, when Simon Fallon agreed to settle in that eastern kingdom after the war, he was granted a title, a piece of coastal land in Elwynn (now Fallon Harbor, south of the city), and a letter of marque by the young King Varian.
Siamus himself served with Proudmoore's fleet — under his father's command — literally from childhood, as a powder-boy and later cadet, from the age of 8 onward. He was one of the crew aboard his father's flagship during the Second War, and the brutal battles at Zul'dare and Crestfall — from which Kul Tiras emerged victorious but only after disastrous losses to the orcs' red dragon slaves — were among his first military engagements.
Siamus, aristocrat mode. Actual wife may be smaller than advertised. (Art by Athena)
Lord Fallon (the Elder) was killed beside Admiral Daelin Proudmoore at Theramore in the Third War. Siamus — who was by then a Post-Captain — fought in that battle as well, but after the deaths of the Lord Admiral and his father, when Jaina Proudmoore ordered the remaining fleet forces to stand down, Siamus hewed to his oaths to Stormwind and obeyed. His continued loyalty to the Alliance resulted in the inheritance of the Stormwind land and title, full command of the Fallon fleet and the rank of Commodore in Stormwind's navy, the scorn of his homeland and loss of his then-fiancee, and a grudge against Jaina Proudmoore the size of Ragefire Chasm.
Since Theramore, Siamus has served Stormwind as both a naval officer and as a privateer, in which role he acted as a sort of self-appointed coast guard in the absence of Proudmoore's Fleet. The Fallon Fleet has spent years culling the pirate populations and smuggling operations around the Eastern Kingdoms' coastlines and trade lanes, as well as patrolling for Horde ships.
Until two years ago, Siamus avoided overt involvement in Stormwind politics. His frank and forthright nature, combined with his anger about the treatment of his homeland and father despite their Alliance service, his own sacrifices on behalf of his vows to Stormwind, and the suspicion and speculation under which he subsequently labored anyway, made him too abrasive and controversial a personality.
When Siamus's younger sister, Sintha (involved more subtly herself in the Kingdom's politics) summoned him back to Stormwind for the House of Nobles campaign in year 27, he was meant to be a decoy: a stalking horse candidate for Sintha's own machinations. Then he met the Duchess Avrenne Esprit and subjected her to an angry tirade on the state of the Alliance navy. The Duchess, enchanted, decided that he was in fact a viable candidate, and took over his campaign.
Siamus is now both a member of the House of Nobles and (by marriage) the Duke Esprit.
(He has not, however, gained any political patience or moderation. He has spent most of his career on the House of Nobles thus far in yelling at people. If the House of Nobles had a yearbook, he would be voted "Most Likely to Start an Actual Fight on the House Floor.")
On March 31st, 28 his wife gave birth to their first child, a daughter named Ery Blanche Arielle Parrish Esprit Fallon. On December 21st of the same year (the Admiral is a man of tremendous patience and self-restraint), she gave birth to their second and third children, twin sons Elliot Simon Marius Parrish Esprit Fallon and Eamon Shine Markell Parrish Esprit Fallon. All three children have a very normal number of names.
In January of the year 29, Siamus was promoted to Admiral, achieving a lifelong ambition. Now he will have to get new ambitions. Don't worry, he's got a backlog.

Relationships
Duchess Avrenne Esprit Fallon
Siamus's wife, his partner in politics and parlor games, a most admirable lady. His mathematical mermaid, his joy, a chroí, Her Grace. |
Lady Sintha Fallon
Siamus's beloved younger sister. Little moon, plague mouse, conniving shrew, monster. Has recently joined the 7th Legion as part of Tyrrell's 6th E.U., which is simultaneously brilliant and infuriating, much like Sintha herself. |
Lady Ery Fallon
Siamus' daughter: His firstborn, a prodigy in all things, the greatest child the world has ever known, future queen of the universe. His starfish. |
Shine
A close friend from their days together at Proudmoore Academy, Shine was formerly Siamus's lieutenant. He resigned from the fleet after losing an eye at Theramore, became Fallon House's first footman, and eventually left that post to join Cobalt Company. He still lives at Fallon House, and remains Siamus's most trusted confidant. |
Miss Curran
Siamus's assistant: secretary, clerk, notary, security, indispensable. A fellow Kul Tiran, Drustvar native, hired away from her employment with his former fiancee's family. Unswervingly loyal, entirely trusted, eerily capable. |
Finley Boutille
Avrenne's eldest ward, formerly in training as her butler. Siamus has taken the young man under his wing and intends to make a gentleman of him, in service to the joint ambitions of Houses Esprit and Fallon. |
Isla Lenaire
Another of Avrenne's wards. A sunny little girl, something of a protegée of Sintha's. Does hugging. |
Otto Renner
Another of Avrenne's wards. Shy, delicate, utterly guileless. Enjoys flowers. Does hand-holding. |
Miss Lena Coit
Former member of Cobalt Company who hired on as Fallon Fleet's warlock for a time; Siamus came to find her indispensable, and successfully poached her permanently from Cobalt. Trained by Tyrrell, she is a sharp, skilled, formidable lady. A brilliant match for Shine, though Siamus naturally will not interfere. (He's interfering.) |
Ralaea Westwind
Admiral Westwind's niece. A former Scarlet, current Cobalt. Frank, no manners; interested in horses, engineering, swordfighting, sailing. Not actually Siamus's daughter, though one does sometimes wonder. Now Siamus's daughter, sort of, via official wardship. Good lad. |
Brendol Westwind
Ralaea's younger brother; seems to have gotten all the manners in the family. It's too many manners. Has no idea how to address Siamus, which Siamus finds extremely funny. Please, nobody tell him. |
Miss Tabiana Lynds
First encountered as a witness in the Morningdew matter, then again during the Hillsbrad investigation and rescue of Dinnsfield. Having fallen into a Feminine Condition outside of wedlock, has pledged herself and her unborn child into service as retainers to House Fallon. Recently departed for Finishing School. |
Moirin Meade
The Fallons' remarkably competent housekeeper (recently promoted from housemaid). She came to Stormwind from Kul Tiras nearly a decade ago, when the young Captain Fallon rescued her from some unsavory piratical business involving her father. Deeply devoted to the House. |
Brother Eli
A distant cousin, tidesage, and spiritual advisor. |
Casker John
Priest of the Light, although Kul Tiran. A converted marine, apparently, not from Drustvar. Sintha hired him as a family priest and refuses to let Siamus fire him. |
Captain Zath Tyrrell
Siamus's lover, captain sergeant of the expeditionary squad of the 7th Legion to which Sintha belongs; supremely competent, dedicated, brilliant. His raven, his poet, his lovely. Has recently suffered an egregiously unjust demotion from captain; worgen-cursed during an operation in Gilneas. |
Lady Morgauna Thenedain
The Thenedains and the Fallons have ties that reach back to before either was in Stormwind; Siamus and Morgauna carried on a playful and highly public flirtation for years, but proved better friends and allies than partners. Has a terrifying mother. Longtime friend of Avrenne. Hooked up once. |
Aszera Sunstrike
An attractive and intriguing lady, formerly a dancer, excellent company. Currently a regular hookup and guest of the House. |
Skylarke
Lady Larke. A favorite quarry, unusually fine sailor, and notable pain in the arse. Fancied herself a pirate; Siamus has cajoled her into a year's service as a captain with the Fleet. (Currently of Tidewitch.) They have several times hooked up. |
Silvestre Silentstep
Used to be Sullivan. Youngest son of the social-climbing Sullivans, undoubtedly the best of his lot. Cobalt, briefly a scout for the 7th, served with the fleet in Northrend. Courting Lady Cressidha Aspenwood??? Interesting lad, competent, good shoulders, appealingly agile. They have not (yet?) hooked up. |
Lady Priscilla Moore Aspenwood
Formerly Betrand's eternal fiancee, now (finally) his wife, and one of Avrenne's closest friends. A brilliant artist and charming lady, with a couple of remarkable qualities. Lived for a time (before her marriage) at Fallon House, after she was revealed to be sadly poor. Hooking up seems unlikely. |
Lord Bertrand Aspenwood
A longtime friend, if not a close one; Siamus and Bertrand are military men of the same age, and the Aspenwoods are another noble family with nearby lands. Siamus's wife, as it happens, is a very close friend of Bertrand's wife, Lady Priscilla. Has declined to hook up. |
Kaerix
A draenei shaman and linguist who took Siamus up on his offer/request for a cultural interchange to consider whether shamans might take the role traditionally held by tidesages on Kul Tiran crews. Charming lady, took to it immediately. They have not yet hooked up. |
Emerine Nightvine
Ralaea's sometime-bodyguard, who lived with her for a time at Fallon House and was of critical assistance during the Nightmare War crisis. Level-headed, competent, extremely pleasant for a lady wearing so many knives. They have not yet hooked up. |
Sir Dane Atley
A knight of the Alliance, squad leader for Cobalt Company. Human wall, rather gruff. Smart man, excellent politics. Joined the assault on Onslaught Harbor and proved as formidable as his reputation suggested. Married to the Barlowe Girl. Declined to hook up. May be worth follow-up? |
Rhenardt, Lord Graves
Gilnean emigré, a former army captain, later mercenary commander, current pack leader. Greymane loyalist. Incredibly attractive in a stony, expressionless way. Has an interest in Avrenne; Siamus will not interfere no matter how badly the man may seem to require interference. Regular hookup. |
Reniya Hartrim
Stormwind Guard friend and colleague of Dinnsfield and Ebek, father of Miss Lynds' child. Kul Tiran by birth, pretty and willing, an untutored tidesage. Also requires some instruction in responsibility, thus a prospective Project twice over for Siamus. Has bizarre family; mother faints a great deal. Casual but delightful hookup. |
Joelle Ebek
Stormwind Guard friend and colleague of Hartrim and Dinnsfield; son of Johann Ebek. Charming in an odd and earnest way; does hair-petting. Unusually perceptive, uncanny good at certain sorts of maths and engineering. Briefly considered as a match for Ralaea, but Ralaea would run roughshod. Off-limits for hooking up. (Was potential Ralaea match, is Finley's friend.) |
Lathrik Dinnsfield
Stormwind Guard friend and colleague of Hartrim and Elle's, first encountered as part of the Morningdew matter, subsequently rescued from Hillsbrad after the Forsaken attack. Of interest somehow to Lord Amerith. Man of considerable competence and integrity, even more considerable paladin guilt. (Tedious.) Off-limits for hooking up. (Monogamous. Also paladin.) |
Natalyah Kensington-Whit
Formerly "the butterfly author." Technically still the butterfly author, but now with a name. A charming, casual flirtation more than a decade ago, she disappeared abruptly from the social scene, and has resurfaced only recently as a worgen and Dinnsfield's lady friend. Extremely volatile; requires managing. The reason Siamus now owns an entire block in Old Town. Off-limits for hooking up. (Monogamous; also seems potentially Difficult.) |
Lord Arric Falrevere
A childhood friend of Sintha's from Tiragarde, and a recent fellow emigré to Stormwind. An appreciator of quality horses; Siamus approves. Off-limits for hooking up. (Sintha's friend.) |
Knight-Captain Colson (Cole??) Aspenwood
Younger brother of Bertrand; one of the Chilly Aspenwood Twins. Possibly less chilly than he seemed initially. Paladin, though. (Tedious.) He served at Theramore for a time, is a member of Cobalt now, and has suggested Siamus may call him "Colson." Declined to hook up. |
Chaplain Mordecai Aspenwood
Husband of "Colson" Aspenwood. Attractive in a delicate, red-haired way. Extremely shy, sensitive sort. There was some sort of trouble with his family, the Harbrookes, who seem like a thoroughly bad lot. A Light-priest but oddly respectful of the tides. An offer to hook up would probably panic him. |
Marina
Water elemental companion of Lady Cressidha Aspenwood. Fantastic lady, very charming. Unlikely hookup, sadly. |
Peril Farrens
Dinnsfield's brother. Writes and publishes the Azerothian Interest. Shrewder than he seems in some matters; comically maladroit in others. Pleasant. Sold Siamus a house. May be matrimonial target of Hartrim's sister; may need to be warned of this. Unlikely hookup, for so many reasons. |
Eulysses Reeve
A Gilnean (cursed), formerly a member of that nation's navy, now a lieutenant in the Fallon fleet. Capable, sensible, even-keeled. Is an employee and thus off-limits for hooking up; also perpetually in wolf form, thus not of hookup appeal. |
Lord Kyris Lysander
Lysander's son; seemed dedicated to a military career until his abrupt resignation, now a mercenary. Attractive in a brooding, oddly delicate way; deeply sullen. Brilliant swordsman. Avrenne advises against hooking up. |
Lieutenant Leric Tennerow
The younger Tennerow son, currently in the army. He was at Theramore; he and Siamus became friends. Currently betrothed to an elf. Hooked up once; something of a cordial experiment for Tennerow, who is not generally inclined toward men. |
Lord Raphe Winton
Fellow nobleman, Winton heir; pro-military politically, not military personally. Has hinted at a marital interest in Sintha, which interest Sintha does not return. An excellent, amiable hookup. |
Sir Elohad Ference
An intelligent, principled man, a lifelong soldier and veteran, and master of the admirable Cobalt Company. Now a colleague on the House of Nobles, and elder statesman of the political bloc that includes Morgauna Thenedain (the idealist), Devon Tennerow (the moderate) and Siamus (the pitbull). |
Lord Devon Tennerow
Another colleague on the House of Nobles; he and Siamus are allies in their pro-military politics, though Tennerow is 99% less likely to start a fight on the House floor. A noble of Redridge and neighbor of Tyrrell. |
Duchess Clara Aspenwood
Another colleague on the House of Nobles; matriarch of House Aspenwood, mother of Bertrand, "Colson," and Lady Cressidha. Close friend and mentor of Avrenne, extremely attractive in an older-Avrenne way. Éminence grise of the House of Nobles, intelligent, practical, lawful, bloodless. May disapprove of Siamus politically. (Unclear, but seems likely.) |
Lord Lester Amerith
A colleague on the Stormwind House of Nobles; contrarian, peculiar, best left to Her Grace to manage. Mixed up somehow in the Morningdew matter, took an unsettling interest in Dinnsfield, somehow entangled with the Mondragon business. Potentially entertaining for games; Siamus has sent him forks. |
Lord Kieran Lysander
Sensible, often-aligned colleague on the Stormwind House of Nobles. Veteran, staunch military man, extremely anti-Horde. Also extremely anti-death knight, which is awkward for him. |
Lord Eoan Westbridge
A colleague on the Stormwind House of Nobles; encouraged Ference's run for the House. Seems vaguely conniving? Extremely attractive, though. |
Lord Xandros Demasco
Extraordinary legal mind, previously an opposing candidate for the House of Nobles, currently a friend and legislation-drafting resource. Would likely have fared better in the House run if he had spent more time campaigning and less time eating shrimp, but can't really fault the man's priorities. Appalling house. |
Lady Alwynneria Demasco
Demasco's daughter, brilliant legal mind, socially hopeless. Handled the Morningdew matter for Siamus. Does good works for Stormwind's orphans. Flirtation utterly panics her; Siamus is always glad to play the wingman. |
Harvey Morningdew
Former northern lord, current undead monstrosity, but a gentlemanly one. Obsessed with Ralaea in unwholesome fashion, otherwise relatively pleasant, if politically inconvenient. Siamus sponsored his defense in his murder trial. |
Roper
A contact and liaison with the Ebon Blade, initially simply a consultant regarding the death knight political business. An SI:7 agent in life, previously acquainted with Her Grace, Miss Coit, and the Lysander girl. |
Mrs. Sunstrike
Wife of Roper, and another liaison with the Ebon Blade. Chilly but well-mannered. Was probably attractive before death. Older sister of Aszera. |
Captain Sparkwire
Cobalt Company's captain. A charming, brilliant lady who clearly cares about her people. Disconcertingly optimistic. |
Niksi Knockfathom
An inventor and explorer who came to Siamus to offer her assistance in the Heron investigation, using her prototype submersible. Siamus offered her funding and additional employment on the spot. Proved absolutely heroic in the naga business, and introduced Siamus to a wild god of the sea. She's brilliant; he's obsessed. |
Lady Merelda Veyne
Gilnean (cursed). Member of Graves' pack. An architect, engaged to build the new Fallon townhouse and for the Old Town project. An admirer of ladies chiefly (exclusively?), of apparent interest to Lady Alwynneria. |
Miss Mullby Mrs. Hazan
Tyrrell's other pupil. Met after engaging her to investigate an Admiralty matter with a squad of her fellow Cobalts; it was a great success, and she and her team have subsequently done other fine work. Asks sharp questions. Injured in some way in the warlock unpleasantness during the House selection. |
Nunuzac
One of the Cobalt shamans who responded to Siamus's request for cultural interchange to learn about draenei shamanic powers and navigational skills. Curious, exuberant, delightful. Has one of Siamus's hats, but not for the reason a person might usually end up with an article of his clothing. |
Brannagen Stillwall
The Cobalt Light-priest who saved Siamus's life in the wake of the Wrathgate disaster — though more notable to Siamus for the compassion and comfort he offered Sintha after the Mord'rethar horror. |
Lieutenant Ben Hazan
Sir Elohad's adopted son, an officer of Cobalt Company. Good-looking lad, capable officer, rather rustic at the edges in a charming way. Has made strong objection to Siamus's private life; ongoing friendship unlikely. A shame. |
Lady Ismene Hazan
A pretty girl in a doe-eyed way; once suspected to be extremely timid, possibly mute, she showed an unexpected spark when she came with her husband to confront Siamus re: his private life. (Unfortunate but attractive.) Formerly a Callis; managed the Fallon orchard lands in Hillsbrad quite capably until the Forsaken attack. |
Ivrianna Barlowe Atley
Originally the younger sister of Garritt Barlowe, one of Siamus's marines; now also Mrs. Atley. Clearly an excellent lady, with such connections to recommend her. Almost as attractive as her brother and husband. |
Lady Alaisa Lysander
A friend of Sintha, and Lord Lysander's daughter. Bookish, rather ghostly, clever, and cannier than one might think. Dances. Another Cobalt. |
Lady Cressidha Aspenwood
Marina's friend. The other Chilly Aspenwood Twin; attractive in an icy sort of way. Does not flirt. A particular interest of Tyrrell's, for some reason? Being courted by Silentstep??? Also a member of Cobalt. |
Lady Lysabeau Winton
Raphe's little sister. Lively, attractive girl; was at one point thrust at Siamus as a prospective bride, which would potentially have made his relationship with her brother awkward. |
Theris Lysander
The other Lysander son. Very quiet, bookish like his sister. Seems an unlikely candidate for death knighthood, but here we are. |
Miss Jansen
A friend and colleague of Miss Mullby's, worked with her on the Admiralty affair. Sister of Dagrick Jansen. Charming accent, seems a little unwashed. |
Miss Fey
Testified in the Morningdew matter. Also came with the Cobalts who joined the Onslaught Harbor assault, and saved Worthy's life. Mixed in Amerith's business; apparently once considered marrying him, which would have been entertaining. Former member of the Twilight cult, now a target of theirs? Charmingly amoral but goes in for Cryptic; requires translation. |
Ilanya Ravendusk
Employee of the late, unlikely Lady Ravendusk, in fact attached to Lord Amerith's household. Was surveilling Dinnsfield and his friends in unsettling fashion, is clearly part of Amerith's schemes, has the (mutual?) devotion of Miss Fey. Attractively vicious about orcs. |
Miss Herald
Cobalt Company priest; friend of both Miss Coit and Miss Fey. Generally amiable sort, wonderfully plainspoken. Translator for the cryptic Miss Fey. Does first names. (Unclear what hers is??) Raising two small children, modest financial beneficiary of Siamus's on their behalf. Enjoys food. |
Lady Tyrrell
Tyrrell's unlikely bride; he rescued her via marriage from some unsavory business. Remarkable beauty, slightly peculiar. |
Lady Ference
Sir Elohad's wife. An attractive woman, pleasantly sharp, delightfully odd about plants. |
Velrin
A Cobalt who joined the assault on Onslaught Harbor. A swift and skilled fighter, somewhat undisciplined, bears some personal grudge against the Scarlets. Former squadmate of Ralaea and Miss Coit, and evidently problematic for both. |
Kaela Mondragon
Ralaea's former commander in the Scarlet Crusade, turned death knight. Responsible for Morningdew's death, and instigated the Morningdew matter as part of her hunt for Ralaea. |
Rozalin. Or Terrineth. Both?
Miss Coit's erstwhile young lady. Either very ignorant or very big trouble. Does shady business with goblins, was (evidently falsely) accused of murder. |
Tennerow's sister
The Tennerow lass, a friend of Sintha's. She plays the harp, and is a cleverer flirt than some of Sintha's friends, who are on the whole not good at it. Has apparently joined Cobalt Company as a Light priestess: slightly disappointing. Was in Amerith's winter play. |
Sintha's late friend
Sister of Bertrand's eternal fiancee Lady Priscilla. Eccentric, rather chattering. Involved in some miserable business or other with a contemptible husband. Unclear on details, but Sintha was quite sincerely furious. Evidently deceased in Northrend? Upset Sintha and Lady Priscilla. |
Miss Cloudsomething
Dwarven lass on Mrs. Hazan's Cobalt investigation team. |
A Quite Competent Priestess
A quite competent priestess, member of Mrs. Hazan's Cobalt investigation team. |
The other Hazan lad
Cousin to Lieutenant Hazan, married to Miss Mullby Mrs. Hazan. Good-looking, northern accent, very quiet. |
Something Mondragon
Peculiar young man. Works for Cobalt, of unclear relation to Kaela Mondragon, potentially involved in the Amerith/Dinnsfield business. (Burned Amerith's house down?) Had to be collected from various bathtubs during the Fallon-Ference Charity Gala. |
Something to do with Westwind
Something to do with Brendol Westwind. A pretty young lady. Cobalt Company? |
Nightmares worgen
Young Gilnean lady attached to Dinnsfield and Miss Kensington-Whit. No manners but in a rude way rather than a Ralaea way. Stayed at Fallon House for one night before being bundled off to Graves. (Nightmares, sleepwalker: unfortunate combination in a cursed Gilnean.) Not Gilnean? |
Isla's friend
Young Gilnean, member of Graves's pack, somehow fast friends with Isla? |
Cat with loud accent
Somewhat feral-seeming Gilnean lass, member of Graves's pack. Exuberant, no manners (in the charming way), incredible Gilnean accent (lower class variety). Did plant things for Amerith's winter play. |
The Alchemist
Gilnean lady who played the antagonist role in Amerith's winter play. Probably not an alchemist? |
Bard from play
The bard from the play. Apparently rather famous if one goes in for arts things. Fantastic voice. |
Fellow from play
A fellow from the play, possibly? Looks familiar. |
Elf fellow from play
An elf fellow from the play. |
A bear?
A Cobalt druid who joined the assault on Onslaught Harbor. Extremely thorough in an impressive and yet also vaguely alarming way. Helped to save Worthy's life. |
Siroc
A purebred Tirasian stallion, the pride of the (very proud) Fallon stables. A smoke-gray dapple with a black mane and tail. Brother (fittingly) to Sintha's mare, Mistral. |
