RP Hooks

  • Ravenholdt - He's been with the assassin's league for quite a few years now, with his father also having been a member prior to his death.
  • SI:7 - Shun's recently gotten the attention of SI:7, who he's in talks with for recruitment.
  • Syndicate - He's spent years amongst their ranks as a double agent.

Appearance

Shun is a 5'8" tall man who can typically be found wearing dark leathers. He is almost never seen without his mask, which covers the lower half of his face. Over his left eye is a scar. The rest of his body is fairly heavily riddled with scars as well.

He carries himself in a very deliberate manner.

Personality

Vigilant ⬥ Constant ⬥ Calculating ⬥ Pragmatic

Shun is a very serious sort who always seems to have work on the mind in some fashion or another. He strives for constant improvement, never satisfied with things as they are now. He's critical of just about everything and everyone, but most of all, of himself.

Once his mind is set on something, it's incredibly difficult to change it. This applies to a variety of things, from where his loyalties lie, to what his opinions are about something or someone.

This character cannot be romanced.

History

Though born in Stormwind, Shun doesn't have many early memories of the city due to his family leaving quickly during the second war, relocating to Loderon. His mother did not survive these times.

In turn, this spurred his father, Kaitou Kuroda, a member of Ravenholdt, to begin his training very early. Early enough that he doesn't really have any memories of things being different before. Once Shun hit the age of 18, he was allowed to be initiated into the Assassin's League proper, where he continued to hone his skills. If not for a certain priestess who more or less followed him there, he might have just become nothing more than an emotionless weapon. It's hard to say.

At some point, he was assigned to infiltrate the Syndicate as a double agent. For years he worked under them, carefully. He had to keep reminding himself that he had no true loyalty to the Syndicate, therefore, he wasn't being a traitor. The intelligence he was able to provide Ravenholdt, as well as the Alliance to a lesser degree, would become key in time.

His mission was soon cut short, as another revealed to the Syndicate of his true nature. It nearly killed him, but he was able to escape with his life.

Relationships

Estel Herald
Long term partner and fiance. He's ride or die for her.
Finnegan J. Sharpgear
One of his superiors in Ravenholdt. There's a great deal of respect here, even if he finds his mannerisms peculiar
Raschal Crowflight
A peer in a certain group of cutthroats.
