Incredibly enthusiastic, naive, and optimistic. Is still like a little boy in many ways. Thrilled with tales of adventure, and overly-eager to prove himself worthy of those same tales.
History
Philibert was born into the Stormwind Kensington-Whits, a Stormwind noble family of minor renown. From a very early age, it was clear to his father, Tiberius Kensington-Whit VII, that Philibert was not the strong and capable male heir he had hoped for. It was for this reason that Philibert, at age two, was given his current name, his father having revoked the name Tiberius that had been passed from father to male heir for 6 generations. Four years after Philibert was born, Philibert's mother was pregnant with his younger brother, and she passed away during childbirth, two days after his fifth birthday. Philibert's brother was almost immediately more fitting of the vision Lord Tiberius VII had for his male heir, and so he was given the name Tiberius VIII.
Finding no real connection to his father, Philibert was largely left to his own devices, and spent his days with his nanny, whom he loved like a second mother. Beyond that, Philibert was an avid botanist, clothier, and lover of the arts, all of which his father would disapprove of, if his father cared enough to disapprove.
