Appearance
Bright green, gravity-defying hair and beard frame a soft-featured, unassuming face with large eyes of an indeterminate light color, like a dusty glacier. He is average in height and build, but with more calluses on his hands than one might expect of a mage. He usually smells faintly of cooking herbs or baked goods.

Parabolus Bonkladle is a shy, soft little guy who could quite accurately be called a cinnamon roll, especially given how frequently he does smell of cinnamon and/or frosting.
Bonk is a bit of a caretaker, and he has spent most of his life in a support role; cooking, repairing things, keeping people comfortable while drawing as little attention possible to himself. He's the sort of guy who will fix what's bothering you without your ever having been completely sure what it was, or who fixed it — you just know that you feel better. Those who do remember him remember him as someone who asked an almost endless series of questions and listened intently to the answers.
He is almost cripplingly shy at first, but once you warm him up he can be quite an engaging and enjoyable conversationalist - which is to say, he will keep the topic on you at all times.

History
Born Parabolus Piecewise, Bonk came from a long line of daredevils and innovators, all with different surnames to reflect their stunning achievements. He was a terrible disappointment to his family all through his childhood, and so when the Dark Portal opened he disappeared through it with the Sons of Lothar mostly to get away from his mother's lectures, but maybe a little bit because even though he was only going in a support role it still counted as an adventure.
He acquired his current surname in the early years of Honor Hold's construction, when an imp got into the food stores and he successfully incapacitated it with a courageous bonk on the noggin. He was promoted; the ladle he used was retired from service.
After 20 years in Outland, he returned to Azeroth a hero, and his family stood in awe of his (even in their family!) unprecedented daring and heroism. What he'd seen on the other side had changed him — he would say for the better. He is serious now about making something of himself, and has begun to study the arcane in hopes of serving as a battlemage in support of the Alliance.
