- Rags to Riches: Oktavi knows basically everybody in Kazan, from the other underprivileged goblins of the slums to the richest people.
- Openly a Warlock: Oktavi isn't afraid to show she's a warlock and doesn't bother dismissing her demons. To her, as it is with a lot of goblins, the Fel isn't so bad.
Appearance
Oktavi has a green skin with copper undertones. Her face is slightly rounder, with a long, pointy nose and sharp purple eyes. She has red, medium-length hair.
Her body is curvaceous and she always seems to be posing instead of just standing around. She's always smiling.
A very faint smell of sulfur seems to follow her and hang onto her tight-fitting, expensive-looking clothes. She has several ear piercings.

Cutesy, charming, fun, that's how most people would describe Oktavi. That's only the persona she shows the world, however. The warlock is smarter than she seems, and a lot less nice if a situation requires it.
Everything in her life is under her control. From her appearance to the way people see her, every detail is calculated to make her popular, and, in turn, more powerful. Her work ethic is strong, and she would do anything to stay at the top. With the help of her demons, she works hard both as a combatant and a celebrity to make sure nothing goes wrong. Oktavi constantly seeks ways to improve and reinvent herself, keeping people on their toes about what her next move will be. She knows for a fact that, for a warlock as well as a celebrity, her best assets are the element of surprise and staying ahead of the competition.
Another reason why Oktavi constantly seeks to improve herself is that she suffers from a lot of self-doubt, always wondering if she is smart, fun, or pretty enough to keep her position at the top of the Bilgewater Cartel. She fears that, if she stagnates for even a second, people will realize that she is a fraud and that they'll think she should go back to her life in the slums.
History
Oktavi Fizzlefuse was born in the slums of Kazan, both her parents struggling to make ends meet, doing odd little jobs here and there in the city. They wanted more for their eldest daughter, however… and only her, they didn't really care about the education of the other eight children - they hoped trickle-down economics would make them rich after their sister. They started saving the little money they could, hoping to have Oktavi learn the ways of the arcane so she could become a powerful, renowned mercenary. Seeing her parents work all the time for her taught the young goblin the value of a good work ethic.
They never could save enough for any mage to consider her an apprentice, however. Oktavi ended up following in their footsteps, doing work here and there in the city.
Until the Fizzlefuse found another opportunity; a warlock of the city said they saw potential in Oktavi, and agreed to teach her his dark arts… for a reasonable price. Oktavi happily accepted the offer, although she knew what was his true intention; that he could take the money, and soon enough the careless girl would die at the hands of her own summons. She was extremely studios in the ways of the Fel, summoning her very first imp shortly after that, Jubmir. Unlike what her teacher had predicted, Oktavi got on great with her new demon.
Soon, the imp made suggestions to alter the contract binding them to their summoner. It took some convincing and a lot of rewording, but they came to an agreement: Jubmir would help Oktavi climb through the ranks of the Bilgewater Cartel, giving her fame, money, and more importantly, power. Using a network made of the demons regularly summoned through the city, Jubmir was going to gather information and help her find the best opportunities. He would also protect her, if any threat were to arise.
Oktavi's odd jobs were now a little more risky, whether it was as a mercenary, or as a bikini waitress at some rich person's swimming pool. Every task she did brought her a little more attention from the masses. One day, Oktavi had grown popular enough that she was offered a new job; spokesperson for Kaja'Cola. She was now ready to become one of the most famous people in town!
