RP Hooks

Stormwind Nobility - Anyone familiar with the nobles of Stormwind may know Lysabeau or her parents. Her brother, Raphe, moves in those circles as well.

Army - It's possible someone in the army may know of Stephana, her elder sister, who holds a Lieutenant Commander's rank. Steph is currently serving in the north, with most of the rest of the army.

Northshire Abbey - Anyone who trained or was a trainer at the Abbey may remember Lysabeau from her time there. She was a lively and outspoken girl who always had questions and could be somewhat unorthodox, though always well-behaved.

Appearance

Lysabeau is a slender, fit young woman in her mid-twenties. She has pronounced cheekbones and a stubborn chin with a wide forehead. Her eyes are an unusual shade of warm blue, verging on lilac. When she smiles, which is often, twin dimples appear near the corners of her mouth.

Personality

Principled ⬥ Capricious ⬥ Loyal ⬥ Inquisitive

Lysabeau can best be summed up by the alignment 'chaotic good'. She generally believes in the word of law but also has no trouble recognizing when there are things that must be done even though the legal system would frown on it. There is a time for all things, she believes; laughter and anger, hate and happiness. She believes in living to her 'authentic self', even when it casts her against the mores of her nation.

Fortunately, Lysabeau is also generally happy, and strongly believes in justice and morality. However, her own personal moral code meant she would never be content to be a quiet and demure priestess selflessly helping others. She's as much a combatant as a battlefield healer

History

The Wintons are a minor noble family in Stormwind, and strict traditionalists. Her eldest sibling, a brother, is the heir. Her elder sister went to the army. As the third sibling, Lysabeau went into the priesthood. She grew up knowing this would be her lot in life and it never occurred to her to object.

The family has a militant past. Baron Terence Winton served during the First War, and was honorably discharged due to an injury that claimed an arm. He remains a steadfast loyalist, but is privately displeased with anything that hints at a compromise with the Horde. In his mind, the orcs remain vicious invaders, the trolls are little better than barbarians who would go back to their straw huts if it weren't for Orcish influence, and the less said about the traitorous high elves, the better.

Baroness Winton dabbles more heavily in politics and wages careful warfare in the salons of the nobility, never overstepping her status but using every tool in her kit to ensure her husband's agenda — with which she concurs wholeheartedly — is advanced.

Lysabeau has absorbed much of her parents' attitudes. She believes in the Alliance and wants to fight in its defense. This led her to learning the shadowed paths of the Light as well as the healing aspects.

Relationships

Raphe
Eldest brother. He's a dear boy, a trifle stuffy but there's some hint of a rebellious nature in his extracurricular habits, shall we say. She has hopes for him, and adores him madly.
Siamus
Handsome, dashing, military, what's not to like? Mama Winton considered him prime marriage material, but then he went and got married to someone else, alas. Not that Raphe ever seemed to want her to spend time around Siamus for awhile there. Odd.
Sintha
Social friends. Lysa is delighted by Sintha's wit, and hopes that her brother can snag Sintha for his wife. She's unaware of her brother's prejudice against military types; for her part, Lysa approves vehemently of Sintha's military service.
