RP Hooks

-Members of the Knights of the Ebon Blade would know of her reputation as a willful troublemaker, often neglecting her duties as a torturer in favor of playing with her “toys” or working on so-called “art projects”. She is and always has been primarily motivated by satisfying her own cravings and desires rather than fulfilling her missions.

-Members of the Scarlet Crusade may be familiar with her as a formidable enemy of their order. She is also renowned for defeating a famed champion paladin by driving him mad.

-Sentinels and veterans of the Battle of Mount Hyjal might remember her as a huntress who died in battle, dragged away by ghouls after sacrificing herself to save a group of cornered comrades.

Appearance

A tall, muscular night elf woman with dark blue hair tied in a long braid. She wears a full suit of thick, close fitting saronite plate. Intricate patterns of runes are etched all across it and pulse almost like a heartbeat. The runes grow brighter when she tastes blood or uses her magic. Her body is incredibly well preserved in undeath as her vampiric magic sustains her. Depending on how hungry she is, she might look almost alive at times. At most times her eyes glow the same icy blue of any other death knight, but when she is about to feed, they turn a bright scarlet.

Personality

In undeath Enaliya has become a cruel, sadistic woman. She was created to have a peculiarly strong craving for suffering as well as a nigh unquenchable thirst for flesh and blood. She likes to collect weapons for the varied ways in which they are able to harm her victims and swaps from one to another regularly in order to better keep herself amused. However, this fixation on pain, while intentional, has led her to be incredibly willful. To her, the blood of someone not in unbearable agony is nearly unpalatable, and so she is wont to neglect her duties as a knight in favor of satisfying her own desires.

+ Romancing Enaliya

Enaliya is technically available to romance, however doing so would be at great risk to one’s own life. She is too selfish to share any deeply meaningful connection with another undead, and she views the living as food at best and art projects at worst. The only hope one would have in connecting with her is by somehow piquing her interest enough that she finds their continued existence more entertaining or useful than simply killing and eating them right then. If someone were to manage that, they could potentially find her passion quite thrilling.

Make no mistake, Enaliya is cruel and sadistic to the core and not capable of genuine love or affection. However, if someone has an interesting idea for it or just a character crazy enough to try, then we can work together to figure something out.

History

A former Sentinel who died at the Battle of Mount Hyjal. Her body was taken away and raised as a death knight. She was once a protector but is now a dealer of suffering and death. The irony is not lost on her. Since then she has primarily been occupied with fighting the Scarlet Crusade in the Plaguelands, earning herself quite the reputation in the process.
