RP Hooks
- Farstrider Reserve: Elaeryn spent many years in active service to the Farstriders. She is a reserve now, with more freedom to do as she will, but can be called back to active duty at any time.
- Quel'Danil Lodge: Elaeryn was stationed at the Farstrider lodge in the Hinterlands for several years prior to the Third War.
Appearance
Elaeryn's bright red, sunbleached hair is usually the first thing others notice about her. She has a tanned complexion and a lean, fit body, testifying to her active lifestyle.
She wears leathers in a combination of traditional sin'dorei styles with some trollish affectations.

History
Elaeryn was born to the Andilien family of Quel'thalas. Though not nobility, the Andiliens had stature and a modest estate in the Eversong Forest. Closely aligned with the Farstriders, their estate served as one of the first lines of defense near the southern border of Quel'thalas. As a result, the Andiliens were among the first victims of the Scourge.
Elaeryn had joined the Farstriders by that time, but was stationed at Quel'Danil Lodge in the Hinterlands at the time. She hurried back to her homeland as soon as they received word of the attack, but it was too late to save her family.
She focused her pain and anger on her duties, requesting any assignment that would allow her to destroy Scourge. But as the Scourge threat faded (or at least became manageable) with the death of Dar'khan Drathir, Elaeryn's adventurous spirit took hold again. Eventually transferring to the Farstrider reserves, she set out to explore the lands of their new Hordish allies in Kalimdor.
To her own surprise, after years of fighting trolls at home and in the Hinterlands, she found the people of the Darkspear Tribe to be very different from their Amani cousins. Many of these trolls were welcoming and even eager to share their culture. Elaeryn's fascination led her to live among the Darkspear for a time, learning more about their ways and proving herself a friend to the tribe.
