Appearance

Twenty-five years old. Short light brown hair parted perfectly down the center. Beautiful brown eyes, which are his best feature; an otherwise unremarkable (from the outside) but neatly-shaven face. Six feet tall exactly. In good shape. He is missing a large portion of his tongue; he rarely opens his mouth far enough for that to be evident.

Cecil has a lot to say and a limited speed at which he can express it, either via sign language (while he can sign very quickly, he must then wait for his interpreter when speaking with someone who cannot understand sign language) or via the written word. He has cultivated a certain amount of patience, as he must. He has been set apart for much of his life, viewing things from the outside looking in, and what he truly desires is to feel included, to feel like he belongs in a place or with a group.

Cecil is a devoted romance.

Cecil is a straight man who can be attracted to women of any race and any adult age. He believes in true love, and he assumes monogamy as the default, due to his upbringing. He is a nobleman and is looking for a serious relationship that could potentially end in marriage, but he is more driven by his heart than the need to follow societal rules - he would be willing to elope with someone his father disapproved of should he feel strongly enough about them.

Cecil is most attracted to people who are bold, unique, interesting, creative, trustworthy, inclusive, fun, and have a sense of humor. He will not be attracted to people who are cruel, rigid, unwilling to learn, or unwilling to admit their mistakes. He is unlikely to maintain attraction to a person who expresses their explicit disinterest in him; he wants to be wanted and is sensitive to rejection.

As a partner, Cecil is entirely inexperienced but willing to learn. He will never play mind games or try to 'test' a partner's loyalty, and would be deeply hurt by a partner doing either to him. History

The second son of Lord Edgar Soso, the spare to his older brother Hubert. The two brothers were close as children, and Hubert was always Cecil's loudest and most constant advocate.

Hubert went off to Northrend and returned a different man after the death of the Lich King, and now his younger brother has been forced to step into the spotlight where Hubert no longer will.
