Father of renowned Stormwind lawyer Alwynneria "Winnie" Demasco, Andy — as he's known to his friends and most people — is a first generation noble of what was once a wealthy merchant family dedicated to the crown, his father the first Baron Demasco. They've had their ups and downs in the recent years of upheaval, but Andy inherited his father's knack for an uncanny sense of the business market, and his mother's love for the judiciary process. Andy is known among the House of Nobles as a reliable, discreet source for helping to draft proposals and laws with airtight language, and has worked with those who do not align with his beliefs in an extension of the sense of fairness under the eyes of the law.
The Demascos own a very modest parcel of around 15 acres of land to the east of the Elwynn abbey, with a few tenants that help pay the bill for the manor there. The rest of the family's income is derived by investments, often in the textile industry, and services rendered to the judiciary branch of Stormwind and to the crown. Once a thriving house, the Demascos are down to just two: the baron himself, and his sole remaining heir, Winnie.
Andy is a man in his seventies who looks closer to fifty, with a youthful face, a short stature, and a higher pitched voice that makes many underestimate the baron. His friendly manner, however, is matched by his brilliance and canny comprehension of situations.
