Raphe Winton is heir apparent to the Winton title. He's active in society and is generally known as a good sort, moving mostly in the salons and gentlemanly gambling dens of Stormwind. He's not the sort to ride to the hunt or go for a shooting weekend. He'll do these things to keep up his society contacts, but they're not his favorite activities.

He's very active politically, and supports his father's pro-Alliance, pro-military stances.

Lysa is his youngest sister. He's occasionally exasperated by her little rebellions, but by and large finds her dutiful and socially appropriate.
Siamus
Their paths crossed in society circles, leading to a casual boffing relationship. This ended temporarily when Siamus was being considered as an appropriate husband for Lysabeau, but since Siamus got married, well…
Sintha
Sintha might make a good match, if she'd show any signs of returning to society and giving up her 7th Legion duties. Not that there's anything wrong with being a soldier — after all, his other younger sister is a soldier — but he needs a wife who'll support him in politics and not be gallivanting off getting herself blown up.
