Brother Eli Brisbane is a tidesage in the service of Siamus Fallon's fleet and the Stormwind Fallon family. He is a distant cousin of the younger Fallons — the Brisbanes being relatives of the Stormsong Fallons — and has known both Siamus and Sintha from their childhoods.

In their Kul Tiran days, he sailed with their father, Admiral Simon Fallon; when the Admiral emigrated to Stormwind, he followed, and has remained with the Stormwind Fallons and their fleet ever since. He is a spiritual counselor and constant for Siamus in particular.
