Chromie is the Gnomish visage of the bronze dragon Chronormu. She is a frequent point of contact between mortals and the Bronze Dragonflight, deeply loyal to her kin in the latter, and both sympathetic to and charmed by the former.
Cobalt Company "first" (per their own understanding of the timeline) encountered her in the Western Plaguelands, where she enlisted their aid in correcting some temporal anomalies in and around Andorhal. She previously encountered them at a number of other temporal distortions instigated by the Infinite Dragonflight, but they tend not to remember that until "after" they have had those encounters in their own primary timeline.
Time is a weird soup.
