Anderas was the lifelong companion, and eventually mate, to Auralind Mistwalker. Together they were parents to their beloved daughter, Nilunelle. While Anderas's duty as a druid kept him away in the Emerald Dream for much of their marriage, he would return as often as he could and was very attentive when he was present, maintaining strong bonds with both his mate and child.
After fighting in and surviving the Third War alongside Auralind, he died several years later, suffering an unknown malady that the kaldorei found themselves helpless to combat, as they had spent their entire existence immune to disease, but were now vulnerable to it.
